The liberal mainstream media spin is out-of-control! On Christmas, the corporate media began pushing a false narrative that the Republican National Committee was comparing President-elect Donald Trump to a king.
Only problem? It was “fake news” — again!
According to The Daily Wire, “On Christmas, the RNC released the following statement: (emphasis bolded)
Merry Christmas to all! Over two millennia ago, a new hope was born into the world, a Savior who would offer the promise of salvation to all mankind. Just as the three wise men did on that night, this Christmas heralds a time to celebrate the good news of a new King. We hope Americans celebrating Christmas today will enjoy a day of festivities and a renewed closeness with family and friends.
Even as we celebrate, we must also remember those among us who are less fortunate. Many on this day are without hope, and need the kindness and compassion of those around them. It is our prayer we will rise to meet the material, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals all around us, and what better day is there to love our fellow man than today?
As we open presents, enjoy Christmas dinner, and celebrate our own family traditions, we are mindful of our men and women in uniform. Many are stationed around the world today protecting our freedoms, and cannot be with their own spouses, children, parents, and siblings. The left-wing media began foaming at the mouth, saying Trump was Republican’s “new King” and was being worshiped by conservatives like a diety.
Wrong! Apparently, they’re not theologians, because any Christian with a brain can see the RNC was referring to Jesus Christ.

According to Buzzfeed, who first reported on the “fake news” story, “when asked if the comparison was intentional, RNC spokesman Sean Spicer told BuzzFeed News the question was ‘offensive.'”
“‘I hope you are kidding,’ he said in an email. ‘Christ is the King in the Christian faith. To ask this on Christmas is frankly offensive.'”
But the “fake news” damage was already done.
According to their poll, 90% of readers — over 36,000 people — responded they believed the Republicans were committing blasphemy and comparing Trump to Christ.

Disinfomedia in Los Angeles, 2. National Report. net, and 3. Washington Post.com. The owner of Disenfomedia, Jestin Coler ,in an interview with a PBS Radio reporter, stated that he makes $30,000 a month distributing fake news and hires 20 to 25 writers.

There was a time when the media (primarily Newspapers) were held in distinguished, high regard. They were referred to as the Fourth Estate, because they were believed to be another system of checks and balances upon all three branches of the federal, state and local governments. People knew they were partisan, but for the most part were fair, truthful and honest when reporting the news; and kept the editorials on the editorials page. Unfortunately, that time has long since passed.
Today’s journalistic media, with some few exceptions, are no longer worthy of the title, journalism. Integrity and honesty are just words in the dictionary that most reporters would be hard-pressed to find, let alone use as a foundation for the stories they distribute. And stories is an appropriate word to use because, with some exceptions, they are fiction.
I mourn the loss of the Fourth Estate. Perhaps, if we as citizens refuse to accept the drivel that most news has become, that honorable community can have a rebirth.

If you’re not a Christian, everything is of this world. It’s not their fault they don’t understand about Jesus Christ – it’s actually our fault for not sharing the Gospel with them. To a Christian there is another reality – and that’s the Kingdom. There is only one King – and that is the Lord Jesus Christ. Every Christmas reminds us of His coming and His salvation through His death on the Cross 2,000 plus years ago. He is the eternal King, so regardless of whether it’s one year after His death and resurrection, or one million years, He is still the King. Neither Trump, nor the Pope nor Elvis is the King. Only the Son of God, which is why the Father sent Him. He is the Lamb without blemish, whose sacrificial blood covers the sins of all those who believe. Without Him, no man can come into the presence of God because sin cannot exist in His presence – God loves man so much, “He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever should believe in him should have everlasting life.” Jesus said …“I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me will live, even though he dies. 26And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25.
Like a liberal actually cares about Christ, the only thing they would find likable about Christ was the free meal on the mount.
