The FBI has a history of taking down huge criminal organizations like the Italian mafia, the Klu Klux Klan, and some of the most infamous gangsters in American history.
Now, they could be ready to take down the Clinton crime family once and for all.
That’s according to Fox News, which said they have two credible sources within the FBI saying that the criminal investigations into both the Clinton Foundation and Hillary Clinton’s controversial homebrew email server are likely to lead to an indictment… and soon.
Fox News anchor Brett Baier told “On The Record” host Brit Hume on Wednesday that the Clinton Foundation investigation has been going on for more than a year, and is far more extensive than previously thought. “These sources said, yes, the investigations will continue. There’s a lot of evidence, and barring [Justice Department] obstruction in some way, they believe they’ll continue to, likely, an indictment.”
In fact, agents are reportedly wrapping up their investigation, planning the third and final interview with several people. Real Clear Politics reports that, “Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton’s secret server on Anthony Weiner’s laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.”

If Hillary should be indicted she can still run and be president. An indictment isn’t a conviction. If she’s indicted before the election and still wins or before taking office and she withdraws, then her VP choice would become president. By the way, if Trump should win and Obama then voided the election, how long do you think Obama would last?

It’s a legal issue not yet faced in this country, but the POTUS has the power to grant pardons and reprieves for crimes against the United States except for impeachment. So, any perjury, Treason or crimes that Hillary might be accused an convicted of might be within the scope of Hillary to issue as pardon for if elected as POTUS. It would certainly be implied that the individual is a separate entity than the Office of POTUS.
Remember, these are trained criminal defense lawyers. Bill Clinton even argued “It depends on what (Is) is”.

Will President Obama short-circuit the process by issuing a pardon to Hillary after the election? I would not be surprised to see Obama attempt to end these investigations permanently out of fear that something would come out that could implicate him. While a pardon would spare Hillary from a trial and possible prison sentence, in many ways it would permanently confirm for many people that she broke the law.
If the FBI wants to see people prosecuted they should hold off on indictments until after Obama leaves office. Considering this president’s contempt for the law I figure he will pardon Hillary, Huma and anyone else who is in line to get indicted.

It appears that Comey has conned us again. He made a big deal about opining the investigation again only to close it just before election day and declare there was nothing to it. This is the old bait and switch con. But this does not change the facts that Hillary illegally used an unlawful server to transmit classified information. Or that at least some of that classified information was compromised. It does not change the fact that Hillary was more concerned about her personal convenience than she was national security.
