Former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich slammed Fox News host Megyn Kelly over the unfair media coverage of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s sexual assault allegations compared to the coverage of the damning information revealed in Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s secret speeches.
The heated exchange came Tuesday night on Kelly’s program, and began with an argument over the legitimacy of polls. Kelly contends that Gingrich cannot allege Trump will win when he is losing in every poll. She cites what she calls, “non-partisan outlets trying to predict the electoral decision board,” to which Gingrich starts shooting back.
“Non-partisan outlets!? Every outlet you just named is part of the establishment!” Gingrich exclaimed. To back up his allegations of rigged polls, he cites one which claims Clinton will have an African American turnout similar to Obama, and a Wall Street Journal poll that he alleges took out eight percent of the vote because they didn’t like the turnout.
But what he said next really set Kelly back.
Gingrich cited the fact that the three major networks spent a total of 23 minutes covering the leaked Trump audio tapes, and a shocking 57 seconds covering Clinton’s secret speech in Brazil in which she said her dream is an open border.
In return, Kelly argued that Trump’s audio tapes are more news worthy than the revelation Clinton is lying to the American people.
Kelly closed the conversation by instructing Gingrich to take his “anger issues and spend some time working on them.”

Regardless of how good she considers herself to be as a reporter , or whatever the hell she’s called, last night she was 100% wrong on everything! Newt told her so and she apparently did not like it! I USED to be a fan but I will not suffer fools that are so totally in love with themselves! I like good optical presentation just as well as anybody,but when I can see right through that and see and hear the personality on the other side—the optics be damned! I believe she despises The Donald and no matter how she may try not to show it, for me it AIN’T working! Just look at her eyes anytime one or more of her guests says anything anti-Trump! They may not bleed but they sure light up and are accompanied by a smirk and satisfaction! MSNBC would be a much better fit for her or have her just go home and write another book or two! Lastly, she actually said that Trump’s naughty bus conversation was more newsworthy than Hil-liar-y’s traitorous conduct? I suppose she would have preferred back on 9-11-’12 to report on the bus incident rather than Hil-liar-y’s refusal to provide assistance to -4- good Americans in Benghazi!! She’s got her priorities I guess!

I totally agree! I used to kind of enjoy watching her shows until she came out of her sweet but tough shell and revealed her true colors. It is obvious that she and Gretchen were plants there to try to bring Fox News down and they are doing a good job of it. Roger Ailes didn’t help, IF the charges against him are true???? I’m starting to wonder if it was a setup…just like the setup which the Clinton Foundation perpetrated against Trump. Megyn Kelly stepped in it when she decided to take on the Newt our former House Speaker . His intellect is so far superior to her’s is amazing. I used to like her but she has become so bias towards the Republicans and Trump it is very disconcerting. She probably should now be fired for calling Trump a sexual predator with no proof in evidence. Newt’ took her on and dared her to call Bill Clinton who has literally raped women a sexual predator. Fox News will probably undergo big changes after this election regardless of the outcome. The recent Megyn/ Newt hubbub is yet another symptom of hot problems going on.
One might think that Megyn has a penchant for discovering men with anger issues. Let’s not forget her go round with Sen. Paul? I think she has as much of an anger problem as Hiliary.
The situation surrounding Roger’s predatory practices are not surprising when you watch how most female hosts dress on air. Clearly there is a criteria which females must adhere to: Judge Jeannine, Megn K, Gretchen Carlson ( before she left), Andrea Tanteros( before she was dismissed),Kimberly G. . Dana Perino and Greta van Sustern obviously got away with appearing dressed for the job not constantly wearing revealing cocktail attire.

I posted a note on the Kelly File Facebook telling Megyn just how bad and bias she is. She is a feminist and perhaps that explain why she has gone on and on about the Billy Bush/NBA Tape. But when you add the fact that she hates Trump, she believes she is authorized to publicly cut him no slack. I use to think she was okay, then came the “got you” question she asked Trump during the first debate and now I can not stand to watch her TV show. FOX needs to replace her with someone who will be neutral or a good conservative woman.

I don’t watch her but I did catch that exchange. When they announced she was going to have her own show I was a bit skeptical as I didn’t think there was experience there to warrant it. Now that I see what she is doing I would not be surprised if her contract isn’t renewed. Same thing with Juan Williams I was really surprised when they offered him a job at Fox.

I believe that MK started the “debate season” down a road away from an issues big picture oriented discussion with her first questions regarding comments about women. Her meeting with DT in his office was a token effort to regain an impression of bipartisanship but I believe her personal feelings re: DT have obviously effected her attitude toward him and his representatives this election season. MK seems to delight in taking shots and hammering on a singular topic rather than maintaining the “fair and balanced” mantra that the channel claims.

When Romney lost the election in 2012 she was gleeful then walking with the cameras on her towards the room where they were counting the electoral votes strutting like a kid in candy, The ridicules attacks on Trump at the debate, and now the total disrespect for Speaker Gingrich. I have let FOX know my feelings in addition to turning off or switching channels when her program begins airing.

We stopped watching Kelly some months ago…I guess the straw was her dustup with Donald Trump. She seems to be confident that she is right and everyone else is wrong. We used to enjoy her program because she would cover events with more intensity than the other anchors; but now she seems arrogant and insulted if the guest doesn’t agree with her. The change began as denoted by a comment above, when the Romney count came in. She could not contain her excitement at his loss. Her nightly side with provocative women and interviews from good journalism has turned to nasty debates, talking over her guests. I said to my husband after the Democratic Convention (when news sources spoke of her spaghetti straps), have you noticed how much of her upper body is being shown lately? He said,”what man wouldn’t”. I found myself watching her less and less. Her propensity for humor is nauseating when juxtaposed against the serious issues being discussed. This is a very serious and uniquely scary election and Americans deserve MUCH better journalism than it is getting. YOU fail with this Kelly File show also. Her emotional exchange with Newt Gingrich was a glaring revelation of sorts. I hope you respond to this situation in a manner reflecting your honesty, professionalism and patriotism.

I have no use for MK any more after her attack on former House Speaker Gingrich. When someone asks a question and then yells over the answer because he/she doesn’t like the beginning of the answer, then he/she has lost credibility. She made a comment about holding the Clintons to the same standard, but indeed she has not. From the public testimony of women who have come forward, Mr Trump is at best a mysoginist, perhaps worse. Mr Gingrich was correct in saying that Mr Trump should get his day in court to see if the women have a case or if they should be sued for defamation of character. Also based on public testimony from men and women, some of it sworn testimony before congressional committees, both of the Clintons and the Obamas are much worse and all should be prosecuted for a long list of feonies. MK has let a personal feud cloud her judgement. I stopped watching O’REILLY for the same reason. His ‘spin control’ attitude reveals his own biases, which are purely secular and not connected to his religious upbringing. BTW, I would recommend ‘Killing the Rising Sun’ as an excellent and unbiased account of the end of WWII.
I watched last night and was using foul language at the T.V. before Newt laid into her, as she so deserved. She was way off base. I feel there is something in her background during her beauty pageant and modeling past where she must have had some uncomfortable experience that she now unfoundedly transfers to Donald. She seems fixated on women’s abuses real or perceived. She needs counseling to clear these past problems. Also some of the cloths she wears are very provocative which must be intentional, cloths that can cause problems if worn in some places- she must know this. Thus she can cause the very actions which she now vilifies. I now watch Dana and Tomi on The Blaze first.

Quite honestly I don’t watch Megyn Kelly much but when I have I have not been impressed by anything she does or has to say. I think she got the job because she is attractive and it starts and stops there. I don’t seen anything exceptional about her and like most news folks today they are more interested in their careers than objective or investigative news reporting of a high quality. Everyone can argue their point of view on the election but the bottom line will be the results on November 8th. I have to tell you that I live in Colorado and am very upset over the illegal voting in this State. Not only do dead people and non American Citizens vote here illegally they just had a program on the news where 10,000 people here live in both Colorado and Kansas and they potentially are voting in both States during the same election. People here are also reporting that they are getting multiple ballots if they have a regular address and a post office box. In 2012 nearly 12,000 illegals voted in that election. One of our most cherished rights, voting, has become a joke in this Country. If they are cheating here what must it be like in NY, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and a host of other cities and states throughout this Country.

When Megyn Kelly first came on and knocked Sean Hannity out of his time slot, I thought she was Awesome. Today I will not even watch her. The last time I saw her, I could have sworn I was watching CNN and I would never do that. She is not fair or balanced. I still watch O’Reilly from time to time, he is pretty fair and balanced, but gives liberals too much time to pontificate. I quit watching “The Five” about 4 months ago. They treat Juan Williams like he has something of value to say, but personally I think he is an idiot and just tows the far left line. I used to think Dana was Awesome too, but these days I would much rather listen to Jasper, her dog. I think Eric Bolling and Kimberly Guilfoyle are AWESOME, and Kimberly has become my favorite over the years and I miss those two and Greg Gutfeld the most, but not enough to go back to watching it again. I love Newt and most of the guests that Hannity has on and that is why is still watch him. However, I have been watching Tomi and Dana on “The Blaze”. These two are real conservatives. That’s my story…:)

Megyn Kelly was much better when she just had a weekly guest spot on Ted O’Baxter’s (Bill O’Reilly’s) program. But apparently she said some nice things to Roger Ailes when he was still in charge of programming at Fox News, and he gave her an hourly program during daytime hours. For some odd reason, the program was then shifted to the prime-time period that she enjoys today. I guess there was demand for her in prime time instead of day time. I don’t know what her ratings are, and I don’t care. The only time I tune in is when I know that Judge Nap will be on (every Monday evening); otherwise, I’m watching other programming.
After watching that segment, I think Mr. Newt was correct,. This side-show about Trump’s potty-mouth is annoying me to no end. It’s pointless to keep talking about it

I saw this last night and couldn’t believe the audacity of Megyn who was so rude to Mr. Gingrich. He was NEVER nasty or mad, he was just insistent that she and the media have been unfair to Trump, then she proved his point when she called Trump a sexual predator and then would NOT call Bill Clinton (who actually IS) a sexual predator. She backed her statement with, “well Mr. Trump is the one running for President and will be in the White House.” Newt stated correctly, that Bill Clinton WILL ALSO BE in the white house if Hillary wins and will have access to TONS of women and interns then, and we all know what will happen ~Late nights with the secret service running interference for him and his sexual trysts.
I was really surprised by Megyn’s biased opinions.She should have been more respectful towards Mr. Gingrich, who is a VERY intelligent man and from what I can tell is a nice man. I thought it was my imagination recently when Megyn seemed to be a Hillary supporter. I think I also heard her say she is personal friends with Huma Abedeen and Anthony Wiener, not too long ago. I get irritated at how the media changes what Trump says to make him look worse. I listened to that tape and I clearly heard him say “when a guy gets famous women let them do anything like grabbing their p—-(a guy word), he said he wanted to go after that one woman but he didn’t , she was married, then he said he wanted to get illegal Mexicans out, he did not say all Mexicans. He said “radical Muslims ” not all Muslims, he just wants them to be properly vetted for our safety.
