Rhode Island State Police say they have captured a fugitive wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a police officer in North Carolina.

State police say 23-year-old Irving Fenner was located at a home in Coventry, Rhode Island, around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday. State Police Col. Steven O’Donnell tells WPRI-TV that Fenner surrendered peacefully.

Fenner was taken to a hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound that authorities say apparently happened in North Carolina.

A state police tactical team had raided a home in South Providence just before 9 p.m. Tuesday in hopes of finding Fenner, but he was not there.

Authorities say Fenner shot 38-year-old Officer Tim Brackeen of the Shelby Police Department in the North Carolina city on Saturday.

Brackeen was struck in the chest and died Monday.

Another BLM arrested when are these BLM ever going to quit? Once killing cops you will never get away with it. Sooner or later they will be caught.

They will only quit when they start paying a serious penalty for their crimes.

Tim Brackeen’s family is wonderful1 His mom and dad are Baptist Missionaries to Nova Sobrisk, Russia near Siberia. This is a shame this man killed a good person, police officer and family man. They say his little girl upon being told became very angry and started screaming to bring her daddy home! I hope North Carolina has the death penalty!

All you need is a brick wall and a 50 cent 30-.06 round. Don’t cover his eyes so he can watch and sweat as it happens. Old time justice at it’s finest.

I like both ideas, but what ever the method, it would have to look like an accident to remove responsibility from the State……… Maybe take lesson’s from the Clinton’s, huh?

NC does have the death penalty but, it has been watered down since 2006 until there have been no executions, pending legal issues. Seems that the more lenient we become on criminals, the more the Citizen’s rights are infringed. Death Roe would not be so populated if they had prisons that would really punish crime via hard labor and denial of home comforts, instead of making prisons a glorified rest home. Many criminals want to go to prison, because all their needs are met free of charge.
