Marco Rubio has an icy terror warning (are you paying attention?)

A foreign Cuban coalition with ties to the rising Democratic Socialists of America has drafted a detailed plan to launch coordinated attacks on U.S. military bases, federal courthouses, and ICE detention facilities nationwide, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has warned.

“Cuba has been infiltrating U.S. politics through the DSA,” Rubio warned on Monday

The National Network on Cuba, a 60-member coalition that coordinates far left funding and support for the Cuban communist government, began distributing what it calls a “National Rapid Response Plan” to supporters in June 2026, according to The Washington Examiner which obtained the document.

It lays out a step-by-step plan of attack, directing members to launch “coordinated nationwide actions within 24 hours” if the United States takes military action against Cuba.

Targets identified in the plan include courthouses, military bases, military recruitment offices, federal agencies, and ICE detention facilities.

Specifically, the NNOC said attacking ICE “connects Cuba solidarity to anti-ICE/immigrant defense work.” The plan also calls for disruptions at “sports arenas during high-visibility events.” It included a nationwide map of U.S. military facilities produced by the leftist Black Alliance for Peace and told members they much “make it politically and materially costly for the U.S. government to wage war on Cuba.”

The DSA, whose candidates have been sweeping Democratic primaries from New York to Colorado to Michigan, is a member of the NNOC coalition.

The State Department report also cited a U.S. Senate investigation describing the Venceremos Brigade, another group with direct financial ties to DSA-linked organizations, as among “the most extensive and dangerous infiltration operations ever undertaken by a foreign power against the United States.”

The warning lands the same day that Andrew Arrabaca, who police say has a history of anti-ICE activity who had “anti-ICE stuff on him” at the time of his arrest, was accused of detonating a firebomb outside ICE headquarters in Manhattan.

Be warned, says Rubio. This could only be the beginning.
