Kamala Harris will have electoral college destroyed, vows to pack Supreme Court

Former Vice President Kamala Harris lost the 2024 election in a humiliating landslide that cost Democratic donors over $1 billion.

Now she is demanding a complete overhaul in voting… and the Supreme Court.

The failed 2024 Democratic presidential nominee went viral Thursday after demanding a “no bad idea brainstorm” during a Wednesday night podcast.

“I think that we need an expanded playbook in a way that we invite all ideas, that we say… look, this is a moment where there are no bad ideas, a no bad idea brainstorm is what I’d like to call it,” Harris said.

“And in that no bad ideas brainstorm, we talk about what we need to do and think about doing around the Electoral College. We talk about the idea of Supreme Court reform, which includes expanding the Supreme Court. We invite a conversation about multi-member districts.”

The ugly progressive wishlist didn’t stop there. Harris called for statehood for Puerto Rico and Washington D.C. to help Democrats seize control of the U.S. senate, remaking rules for Supreme Court justices so Democrats could punish them, and new rules to “penalize people for lying” during Supreme Court confirmation hearings.

“Let’s talk about statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. These are the things I think that we’ve got to do,” Harris said.

The remarks were triggered by the Supreme Court’s recent Louisiana v. Callais ruling, which struck down racially-based congressional redistricting as unconstitutional.

Harris said not allowing racist voting blocks is a symptom of… you guessed it, racism.

“They are backdooring racism behind politics to get to this decision,” Harris said, and said Republicans are trying to “cheat” their way to victory in the 2026 midterms.

The backlash was swift and bipartisan.

“They have zero policy ideas. It’s all just online staffer brain rot,” Stephen Miller wrote on X.

Utah Sen. Mike Lee kept it brief.

“Well, maybe a few bad ideas,” he quipped.

Radio host Erick Erickson attacked the media double standard.

“If a Republican were to say these things, the press would excoriate them,” Erickson wrote. “But when a Democrat does it, the press treats it as legitimate because the press is on the same side.”

Harris has quietly positioned herself for another presidential run. She has been reaching out to Democratic donors and has declined to rule out 2028. She currently leads the Democratic primary field in the AtlasIntel poll with 26% support.

What she is now offering voters is the most radical restructuring of American government proposed by a major party figure in modern history. She will abolish the Electoral College, pack the Supreme Court, redraw congressional districts into multi-member seats, and add four new Democratic Senate seats with D.C. and Puerto Rico statehood.

“Well, maybe a few bad ideas” indeed.
