Erika Kirk delivered an emotional message on conspiracy theories about her husband’s death, telling those questioning Kirk’s murder to “stop” during a Fox News appearance Wednesday — and conservative Jack Posobiec said he’s uncovered the most “key evidence” to date on the theories.
It’s one of the first time the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk directly addressed the conspiracy theories that have circulated since her husband was shot assassinated at Utah Valley University on September 10.
While Kirk did not name conservative commentator Candace Owens directly, the former Turning Point USA employee has been the most prominent figure questioning Charlie Kirk’s death.
“Come after me, call me names — I don’t care,” Kirk told Fox News star Harris Faulkner. “But when you go after my family, my Turning Point USA family, my Charlie Kirk Show family, when you go after the people that I love, and you’re making hundreds and thousands of dollars every single episode going after the people that I love because somehow they’re in on this? No.”
Kirk called the conspiracy theories a “mind virus” and said her team has faced increased death threats and harassment.
Owens has promoted various controversial questions about Kirk’s assassination, including asking about some conspiracy claims that Kirk was killed by pro-Israel forces, that French President Emmanuel Macron could have authorized a hit squad, that Turning Point USA leadership “betrayed” Kirk, and most recently questioning if the U.S. military was involved in the assassination.
For the first time since her husband’s assassination Erika Kirk responds directly to conspiracy theorists and death threats to her family and staff.

Meanwhile, conservative activist Jack Posobiec highlighted what he considers the most important piece of evidence undermining conspiracy theories during an appearance on Breitbart’s “The Alex Marlow Show” Wednesday.
“The biggest piece for me is always going to fall…the fact that it was Tyler Robinson’s parents who identified him and turned him in, ultimately, to law enforcement,” Posobiec said.
Posobiec noted that if there were a conspiracy involving Turning Point USA, it makes no sense that Robinson’s own parents would identify him from FBI images and immediately turn him in to authorities.
Kirk also asked conspiracy theorists to stop searching for the location of her husband’s burial site.
“Can I have one thing? Can my children have one thing?” Kirk said. “Can my babies have one thing where we hold it sacred, where my husband is laid to rest, where I don’t have to be worried about some secular revolutionary coming and destroying my husband’s grave while my daughter is sitting there praying? One thing.”
Charlie Kirk founded Turning Point USA in 2012 at age 18. President Donald Trump ordered flags lowered to half-staff following his death.
Kirk’s posthumous book, “Stop, in the Name of God,” was published Tuesday. Erika Kirk now serves as CEO of Turning Point USA.
