Investigators name names on Biden mental decline cover up

If you didn’t like Joe Biden’s four years as president, there’s good news: Some of his worst actions could be wiped out with the stroke of an autopen.

Almost every action of the Biden-Harris administration “should be voided,” a Republican congressman has said after reading a damning report showing how President Joe Biden’s staffers lied about his fitness, cashed in on millions of dollars, and enacted “presidential” decisions without proof Biden even knew about it.

A stunning new report from the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform reports that, even though a president is supposed to sign written approval to sign executive orders with the autopen, staffers claim then-President Biden regularly gave “verbal approval.” Worse yet, there frequently weren’t any witnesses to his alleged assent.

“There really isn’t” any evidence that Joe Biden “approved anything signed by his autopen,” the committee’s chairman—Rep. James Comer, R-Ky.—told Fox News host Laura Ingraham. “No one ever got direction from Joe Biden. No notes, no meetings, no orders — just staffers running the country with an autopen.”

That includes mass pardons for thousands of violent criminals, who could be the first to go back to the slammer.

The pardons were cooked up during four meetings last December 5 and 11, and again this January 11 and 19. But the National Archives has no notes from any staffer detailing anything Biden said. Staffers later sent emails claiming Biden attended the meetings and approved the pardons.

But the White House is one of the most recorded locations in the world: So, where are the recordings? What specifically did Joe Biden say? Did he personally agree to every point, policy, and order approved with “his” signature?

And what exactly did his aides say to him? Did they accurately describe the bills, executive orders, and pardons they wanted him to rubber stamp? Or did they blur things?

When and where did these meetings happen? Was there any written authorization, any recording verifying that gave verbal approval, any proof at all that the president had any idea what his employees were doing to the country in his name during “his” presidency?

The committee says no—it was all a sham.

“What we determined was that every pardon should be declared null and void,” Comer told Ingraham.

“We are deeming Biden’s executive actions NULL and VOID,” added the House Oversight Committee on social media.

The smartest minds in D.C. know exactly what that meant: Almost everything done in the name of President Joe Biden from 2021 to 2025 could be wiped off the books—and they named some very big names who could go to jail.

The report “calls into question President Biden’s pardons, including Anthony Fauci’s,” said Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky.

The same pardons applied to former Rep. Liz Cheney, the January 6th Commission, and thousands of violent criminals.

But it’s not just pardons; the report says Biden’s “staff abused the autopen and a lax chain-of-command policy to effect executive actions that lack any documentation.”

“Every single executive order signed by Biden’s autopen should be voided,” declared Rep. Randy Fine, R-Fla.

Then there’s the question of who could be going to prison for lying about Biden’s mental health—and the report is already moving Biden’s inner circle closer to the penitentiary.

Everyone assumed Joe Biden had serious mental acuity issues, and that his staff lied about it, but three months of investigations from the House Oversight Committee says they may have crossed the line into criminal behavior—and carried out a silent coup—for money.

And the strongest evidence comes from Biden’s biggest supporters.

“President Biden’s inner circle persisted in its cover-up and gaslighting scheme to conceal the president’s mental state and deterioration from the American people throughout the 2024 campaign,” states the committee’s 91-page report, titled “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House.” White House spokesperson Karine “Jean-Pierre aided the cover-up by refusing to answer questions” about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.

The report shows how President Biden’s doctor, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, released only partial information about Biden’s health and—at the insistence of political staffers—did not carry out a mental acuity test, which might disqualify the Democrat from running for a second term in 2024.

“Did Dr. O’Connor mislead the American people with false medical reports about Biden’s decline? asked the Oversight Committee. “Joe Biden was not well.”

When investigators asked O’Connor point blank if he had ever been asked to lie about Biden’s health, the doctor invoked the Fifth Amendment—and he wasn’t the only one.

Some of the toughest proof of a White House run wild comes from two fanatically loyal Biden aides.

Annie Tomasini, the deputy chief of staff to President Biden, took the Fifth when the committee asked whether “unelected official or family members executed the duties” of the president instead of Joe Biden. So did First Lady Jill Biden’s chief of staff, Anthony Bernal, when asked “if anyone in the Biden family or at the White House ever asked her to lie about President Biden’s health.”

Why would they lie? They stood to make money—big, big money.

O’Connor “had business dealings with and financial connections to President Biden’s family.” Senior Biden adviser Mike Donilon testified to the committee that “he stood to make a total of $8 million by keeping President Biden in the presidential race.” (Emphasis in original.)

The report puts everything the Biden-Harris-Obama administration did under a huge legal cloud—and the weight of the law is already starting to fall on the guilty.

“We are calling on the U.S. Department of Justice to conduct a thorough review of these executive actions and scrutinize key Biden aides who took the Fifth to hide their participation in the cover-up,” said Comer. “The D.C. Board of Medicine must also review the actions taken by President Biden’s physician to hide his true condition. We have provided Americans with transparency about the Biden Autopen Presidency, and now there must be accountability.”

As part of its follow-up, the House Oversight Committee recommended “sanctions to the license of Dr.  O’Leary” in a letter to the chair of the District of Columbia’s Board of Medicine, Dr. Andrea Anderson, dated October 28.

That’s far from the harshest punishment he could get for keeping America in the dark about Dark Brandon.

The committee made three criminal referrals for O’Connor, Tomasini, and Bernal in an October 28 letter to the Department of Justice.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has confirmed she’s already looking into matters.

Joe Biden handpicked these staffers for loyalty. But as the legacy media asked about Trump’s employees during the Left’s eight years of unrelenting lawfare, will these aides take the legal heat for the Biden crime family?

Will they turn state’s evidence, even at the risk of implicating members of Joe Biden’s family—who, unlike the cancer-stricken 82-year-old former president, could still go to prison?

Or will they suffer the same fate as so many people who threatened to blow the whistle on the Democratic power dynasties like the Clintons, the Bidens, and the Obamas and never be heard from again?
