The House Oversight Committee released a damning 100-page report Tuesday that revealed how President Joe Biden’s inner circle concealed his cognitive decline from the American people.
On Wednesday, they released stunning video of the testimonies that were key to their investigation – and Biden can still understand it, and hasn’t declined further since leaving office, he’ll certainly hate it.
Chairman James Comer sent the report to Attorney General Pam Bondi, which called for a Justice Department criminal investigation into all executive actions taken during the Biden presidency.
“The Biden Autopen Presidency will go down as one of the biggest political scandals in U.S. history. As Americans saw President Biden’s decline with their own eyes, Biden’s inner circle sought to deceive the public, cover-up his decline, and took unauthorized executive actions with the autopen that are now invalid,” Comer said.
“Our report reveals how key aides colluded to mislead the public and the extraordinary measures they took to sustain the appearance of presidential authority as Biden’s capacity to function independently diminished. Executive actions performed by Biden White House staff and signed by autopen are null and void.”
The report titled “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House” is based on 14 depositions and transcribed interviews with key Biden aides. The investigation found that senior White House officials conspired to cover up Biden’s deterioration through scripted messaging, restricted access, and tightly controlled appearances.
White House staff meticulously controlled Biden’s daily activities, public appearances, and workload to mask his declining mental capabilities. This included restricting media access, avoiding unscripted events, and even seeking input from Hollywood figures on presentation strategy.
The report detailed how the Biden team stage managed everything from his “makeup, clothing, and schedule” to “the number of steps” that he could walk or climb and the amount of time he “needed to read and to spend with his family,” as well as “keeping cabinet meetings to a minimum, eliciting ‘direction’ from Hollywood on the State of the Union and other events, and using teleprompters even at small, intimate events.”

Three key witnesses invoked their Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify before the committee.
Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden’s White House physician, pleaded the Fifth when asked if he was “ever told to lie about” Biden’s health and if he ever believed that Biden was “unfit to execute his duties.” Jill Biden’s chief of staff Anthony Bernal and Biden’s deputy chief of staff Annie Tomasini also took the Fifth.
Comer sent a letter to the District of Columbia Board of Medicine calling for an investigation into O’Connor’s actions.
“His refusal to answer questions about the execution of his duties as physician to the president — combined with testimony indicating that Dr. O’Connor may have succumbed to political pressure from the inner circle, influencing his medical decisions and aiding in the cover-up — legitimizes the public’s concerns that Dr. O’Connor was not forthright in carrying out his ultimate duties to the country,” the report stated.
The House Oversight Committee report declared that all executive actions signed by autopen that didn’t have written approval traceable to Biden’s consent were void.
“This is an unprecedented situation in American politics and government,” Speaker Mike Johnson said about the report. “There is no legal precedent because no previous president…”
Bondi responded on social media Tuesday, saying her team has “already initiated a review of the Biden administration’s reported use of autopen for pardons.”

A Biden spokesperson rejected the committee’s findings. Democrats dismissed the report as a “sham” and Biden’s post-presidency office called it “baseless.”
