Was the autopen just the tip of the iceberg?
A shocking new report from deep inside the Joe Biden camp now claims that the former president routinely relied on “cheat sheets” during press events throughout his presidency, further evidence of cognitive collapse while in the Oval Office.
In a bombshell report published Tuesday , Fox News revealed that Biden used these “cue cards” to remember long-time allies like former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer — both of whom he has known for decades.
The shocking revelation from the report also revealed that note cards from the Biden era show that the Biden staffers had to compile the names and photos of several high-profile Democrats for him to reference in his remarks.
In other words, Biden was forced to use visual prompts to jog his memory for people he was in theory working with on a regular basis.
The Fox News report also found that five (5) “palm cards” were found in an investigation of National Archive documents.
Four of them were reportedly stamped “PRESIDENT HAS SEEN,” indicating they were, in fact, used by Biden.
On the fifth card, an ABC News reporter’s questions for the president were given to him in advance.
Will Ricciardella, a Fox News political reporter, posted a thread in X saying, “These weren’t casual notes. Four were stamped “PRESIDENT HAS SEEN,” indicating they were formally vetted materials — not scribbles.”
Ricciardella added, “Some cards carried full bios and photos of lawmakers; others flagged lesser-known figures or anticipated media questions. They appear designed to cue recognition during public events.”

However, Republican insiders have been keen to the alleged use of cue cards since July 2024 when House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer, R-K.Y., referenced aids such as note cards indirectly as part of efforts by handlers to manage Biden’s public appearances.
“These aides were responsible for scripting and controlling the President’s limited public interactions to conceal his cognitive decline,” stated a press release of a July 2024 press release announcing subpoenas to Biden aides.
While not quoting “palm cards” verbatim, the committee’s accompanying report cited examples of Biden using “detailed note cards with photos and bios of attendees” for events, such as meetings with Clinton and Schumer in 2023.
“The White House has shielded three key aides from testifying about President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents and now we’ve learned through reporting these same aides are also seeking to cover up President Biden’s declining cognitive state inside the White House. President Biden is clearly unfit for office, yet his staff are trying to hide the truth from the American people. Key White House staff must come before our committee so we can provide the transparency and accountability that Americans deserve,” said Comer at the time.
Trump White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers responded to the cue card allegations under Biden, telling Fox News Tuesday, “President Trump gives unfettered access to the media and answers every question imaginable, without pre-screening the press questions or collecting reporters’ palm cards ahead of time like his incompetent predecessor.”
“Unlike Joe Biden, President Trump is actually running our country, and he doesn’t ever shy away from taking on the fake news to deliver the truth,” Rogers added.
