Joe Biden’s autopen — Kamala’s signature!?

During former President Joe Biden’s administration, the American people often asked one question: Who was running our government?

Today, newly released government documents just brought us an answer—at least on one front.

Explosive government memos from Joe Biden’s top staffers just revealed who authorized Biden’s signature on some of the most extensive pardons in presidential history… and it doesn’t seem it was Biden.

You will know at least one name—but you’ll have no idea about the names of some of the people who perpetrated the Biden presidency hoax, even though they exercised the power of an acting president.

The facts came out in presidential memos from Biden’s closest and most trusted staffers.

“Given the President’s schedule, it can often take days or weeks for the President to review and approve the clemency package,” said a memo from February 2024 draft memo from the White House Counsel. The lawyer admits that, previously biden “asked the White House Counsel to discuss the candidates with him, although in the last round the Vice President’s approval was sufficient to obtain his approval.”

That means Joe Biden outsourced his pardons and commutations to Kamala Harris.. .and that’s illegal.

“Kamala Harris doesn’t have the constitutonal power to pardon someone. … It can’t be delegated,”  stated John Solomon of Just the News, which obtained the memos. “These memos seem to sugegest, in Joe Biden’s own staff’s words, he wasn’t following the law.”

If it’s scandalous that the vice president made a presidential decision, you won’t believe how horribly anonymous Biden staffers abused the presidency—and bragged about it in permanent government records.

Apparently, in the Biden administration’s last days, someone tried to make sure “presidential” pardons came from the president, in accordance with the law.

On January 16 of this year, Biden’s White House staff secretary, Stef Feldman, demanded proof that Biden authorized the pardons before putting them through the autopen.

“I’m going to need email from (Deputy Assistant to the President) Rosa (Po) on original chain confirming P(resident Biden) signs off on the specific documents when they are ready,” wrote Feldman.

That reaction panicked the staffers who secretly ran the government.

“Michael, thoughts on how to handle this?” White House counsel Tyeesha Dixon asked the chief of staff to the White House counsel’s office, Michael Posada, in desperation.

Then Dixon tore back the curtain on the empty facade of the “Biden” administration: “He doesn’t review the warrants.”

Posada reassured Dixon, “We will just need something from Rosa making clear that the documents accurately reflect his decision”—but then, he brags that staffers wrote that recommendation, too.

Posada said they had to have “basically, something from Rosa making clear that the documents accurately reflect his decision. If you can give me a blurb whenever they are ready to suggest to Rosa, I can pass along.”

So, Dixon and Posada wanted Po to confirm that Biden signed off on the pardons—and then they wrote a “blurb” that they “suggest” Po slap under her name. That’s what they offered as “proof.”

To remove all doubt they had cut the president out of the loop, the whole conversation took place between 9:16 p.m. and nearly 5 a.m.

But Biden’s staffers had long ago made it known the elderly president only worked between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The man billed as the leader of the free world “called a lid” after putting in less of a work day than most people who work at Denny’s.

“Who was running the damn country?” asked Matt Vespa at Townhall.com.

The memos put the lie to claims that Joe Biden supposedly gave his verbal approval for the pardons at four meetings held in the lame duck period on December 5, December 11, January 11, and January 19—Biden’s last full day in office.

Investigators say there’s not a shred of evidence Biden had anything to do with the pardons.

“We did not find specific meeting notes that clearly mention or note that the President was present” at any of the meetings discussing pardons, the National Archives and Records Administration told the Trump administration’s office of White House Counsel. “President Biden’s decision memo on commuting federal death row sentences is unmarked, and NARA cannot find a version indicating President Biden’s approval.”

“It was elder abuse by everyone around him,” said Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas, told Sean Hannity. “If he did not make the determination person-by-person, that is legally null and void.”

Biden knew his pardons could be invalidated by the autopen from the beginning of his administration.

“Based on precedent from the Obama-Biden Administration regarding which documents generally are hand-signed by the President, our recommendation is that as a general rule, YOU personally approve and hand-sign all decisions that require Presidential action,” said a February 2021 draft memo sent to all the top brass: Chief of Staff Ron Klain, Deputy Chief of Staff Jen O’Malley Dillon, Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Bruce Reed, and Director of White House Oval Office Operations Annie Tomasini.

These were the top thinkers of the Obama-Biden inner circle. They were also some of the people who could use the autopen.

Strangely, this memo—which the conservative news outlet Just The News obtained—isn’t in the National Archives.

The outcome of this investigation carries big stakes. “President” Biden granted pardoned more people than any other president in American history, signing 4,245 acts of clemency, according to the Pew Research Center. Some of the criminals who benefited from the administration’s generosity included 37 death row inmates. If these orders were invalid, prisons have to carry out an extra three dozen executions.

It will take a big investigation to get to the bottom of things—and that means the top leaders of the last four years are going to have to testify. That may trigger a deeper set of hearings from Rep. James Comer, the Kentucky Republican who chairs the House Oversight Committee.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if he subpoenas Kamala Harris,” Solomon told Fox News.

If Kamala Harris lies under oath, she could be raided by FBI agents, arrested, even go to jail—like Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, General Michael Flynn, and President Donald Trump.

Wouldn’t it be ironic if Kamala Harris went from granting presidential pardons to needing one herself?
