The physical and mental decline of former President Joe Biden was on full display this past weekend after video footage emerged of Biden attending the funeral of former Delaware Gov. and Congressman Mike Castle.
In now viral footage, Biden is shown attending Castle’s funeral flanked by his sister Valerie — not his wife, Jill.
The video shows Biden moving with an extremely slow gait, appearing to need assistance from his sister just to walk.

Some online viewers speculated and wondered why Jill Biden was not at his side during the event — both physically and emotionally.
Seeing the rapid physical decline of the former president is no secret, but this latest footage cements just how quickly Biden continues to decline.
Speculation that cognitive state was beginning to slip during last year’s presidential race.
Even those closest to him are finally have since admitted that he has been slipping for years..
Before this past weekend’s footage of Biden stumbling along at Castle’s funeral, Biden also made headlines earlier this summer when he delivered a speech at a Memorial Day event in Delaware, which at the time was his first since his personal office announced the former president’s prostate cancer diagnosis on May 18.
While quoting the Declaration of Independence, Biden trailed off before completing the final phrase, unable to finish reciting the most famous line.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, endowed by their Creator, with certain unalienable rights, life, liberty, pursuit of ha — we made it!” he shouted. “That’s who we are! That’s what makes America the most unique nation in the world. Literally, not figuratively.”
Of course, the actual line is: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

In addition to Biden’s emergence over the weekend, former members of his senior staff also made headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Because of Hurricane Erin, the beach was closed for safety reasons.
According to reports, the lifeguard patrol reportedly had to tell Blinken and the friend he was with that they were breaking the rules and had to leave the beach.
After a “brief discussion” and picking up their stuff, they then left.
