Florida GOP Rep. Cory Mills, has been accused of threatening to release nude videos of his former partner after their breakup, according to a police report filed last month obtained by Politico.
Mills’ ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Langston, who serves on the Florida GOP state committee and was crowned Miss United States in 2024, notified the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office on July 14 that Mills threatened to expose intimate footage and images of her, and even warned that he might harm future partners of hers.
Langston has provided authorities with screenshots of what she claims are messages from Mills backing up her allegations, which were published on X this week:

The sheriff’s office forwarded the matter to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), which is now investigating.
No criminal charges have been filed, but Langston has filed a restraining order against Mills according to police records.
Mills, who has represented Florida’s 7th District since 2023, denied knowledge of the police report and dismissed the accusations as politically motivated.
Mills claims that his former primary rival, Attorney and Lake County Commissioner Anthony Sabatini, is behind the allegations for political gain, according to a Politico report.
Mills is also knee deep in a real estate scandal involving his living quarters in Washington D.C.
As previously reported by The Horn News, allegations have surfaced that he is hundreds of thousands of dollars behind on rent at his luxury Washington D.C.-area condo.
Mills claims a faulty payment portal has prevented him from paying $85,000 in rent for his penthouse apartment, this after a report from The New York Post claims the Republican now faces possible eviction.
Mills’ luxury living space overlooking the Potomac River costs a whopping $20,833 per month, according to the report.
According to the New York Post report, the landlord’s ledger shows Mills has been late on his rent more than a dozen times since June of 2023, when he first moved into the building.
