Fox News star Greg Gutfeld had an epic meltdown when he reached his breaking point with liberal co-host Jessica Tarlov over the Russia collusion investigation.
New revelations show former President Barack Obama and his intelligence officials face potential criminal charges for manufacturing the Trump-Russia narrative. Democrats are in denial — and Gutfeld has heard enough of the spin.
The confrontation on “The Five” erupted after DNI Tulsi Gabbard released documents Friday gave concrete evidence Obama directed then-CIA Director John Brennan to create false claims that President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election.
Tarlov said the explosive revelations were old news.
“Obama, Hillary, and they get activated, and suddenly they won’t be mad at Trump anymore for not releasing the Epstein files or whatever he had to do with it,” Tarlov said. “It is preposterous that we are talking about Hillary Clinton’s emails again. We are in 2025.”
“We spent years on this story, and it was false!” Gutfeld fired back.
“It wasn’t false!” Tarlov claimed.
Gutfeld then had an epic meltdown that quickly went viral on social media.
“No, no, for people to understand what happened, alright, because the problem with this story is that no one knows what you’re talking about. When Trump won in 2016, the intel community concluded that Russia didn’t have a hand in his victory. Instead of accepting the conclusion, Obama determined and wanted a new conclusion,” Gutfeld said.
“So he sent Brennan running to come up with a new collusion, that there was some kind of trivial involvement, that they could then feed out to the media, and coincidentally, dozens of news organisations said Trump was in bed with Putin, and that somehow, Brennan knew. How did he know? There was no proof!”
“Why did John Durham do nothing?” Tarlov asked, and Gutfeld exploded further.
“There was no proof, there was no proof!” he said. “They amplified a false conclusion that Trump colluded with Russia in 2016. We had to spend years dealing with that, and now, we’re actually getting an investigation, and you’re saying, No, ‘you know what, you guys should just move on. You guys should just move on.'”
“You say the same F-ing thing about Biden’s brain. You guys spent four years telling us that Joe Biden was fine,” Gutfeld continued. “You covered up for an invalid, and then when we get the truth, it’s like, “You know what? We’ve got to look forward. We’ve got to stop talking about what’s there.'”

Obama and many of his insiders have been named in a criminal referral to the Department of Justice.
According to Gabbard’s findings, Obama directed then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper to include the discredited Steele Dossier in the intelligence assessment despite knowing the document was false and unverified. Clapper understood the Clinton campaign-funded opposition research project contained disinformation but included it anyway on Obama’s orders.
Law professor Jonathan Turley recently identified former CIA Director Brennan as the official most at risk of criminal charges, describing him as the “30-point buck out in the open” regarding criminal prosecutions from the Russia collusion revelations.
Brennan faces serious perjury charges for his May 2017 congressional testimony about the Steele Dossier’s role in the intelligence assessment. Under oath, Brennan claimed the dossier “wasn’t part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had. It was not in any way used as a basis for the Intelligence Community Assessment that was done.”
Gabbard’s document releases directly contradict Brennan’s sworn testimony, potentially exposing him to federal perjury charges.
James Clapper has retained legal counsel in preparation for possible charges related to his role in the Russia collusion operation.
