Birthright citizenship revoked in 19 days, Trump said

President Donald Trump has promised a future where his followers will get sick of winning—and he just announced the date he will start enacting yet another victory.

Hardly six months into his second term, the wins keep piling up. First, he fulfilled his promise of sealing the border and bringing illegal immigration under control.

Then, he started forcing foreign countries to pay their fair share of tariffs in order to access U.S. markets.

He withdrew from global institutions that destroy U.S. sovereignty and established loyalists throughout the government.

Now, he’s beginning an undertaking of historic proportions: He’s just announced about to undo decades of judicial abuse by revoking so-called “birthright citizenship” and reinstating the Constitution’s definition of U.S. citizenship.

Scholars have agreed for years that the authors of the Fourteenth Amendment never intended to guarantee that the anchor babies of illegal aliens could make them—and eventually their parents—permanent citizens.

The amendment, written right after the end of the American Civil War, was only meant to endow the children of newly freed slaves with the full rights and privileges due to all American citizens.

President Trump teased changing the institution in his first administration—but this time, he’s made sure the world knows he means business. He issued an executive order on his very first day in office. Executive Order 14160, “Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship,” stated, “The Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded from birthright citizenship persons who were born in the United States” but not subject to its jurisdiction—such as a naturalized U.S. citizen.

Naturally, open borders groups sued the president all the way to the Supreme Court—and lost.

Late last month, the justices handed down a ruling on a “birthright citizenship” case that didn’t really address anything having to do with whether the Constitution authorizes everyone born on U.S. soil as a co-equal citizen. Instead, the justices ruled against universal injunctions—the ability of a district, state, possibly even county judge to issue an injunction or temporary restraining order stopping the federal government from carrying out a duly enacted law cold.

The ruling had Democratic congressmen going mad. Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., complained that President Trump is “going to undo” one of her party’s strongest tools to transform the American electorate into a permanent left-wing coalition. “The Constitution allows those who are born here, even if the parents are undocumented, they have a right to stay in America,” she lied, while insulting the president’s family.

Now that all the judicial hurdles are out of his way, President Trump just announced when birthright citizenship will come to its long-awaited end.

The Supreme Court ruling “allows (the administration) to immediately begin to ‘develop and issue public guidance about the executive’s plans to implement the executive order,” said Justice Department attorney Brad Rosenberg—but only 30 days after the June 27 ruling.

That’s exactly what the president plans to do: President Trump aims to begin deporting the children of illegal aliens on “the earliest date on which defendants may begin to apply” the Supreme Court’s ruling, he said last Tuesday.

Rosenberg told liberal U.S. District Judge Deborah Boardman that the Trump administration would begin enforcing President Trump’s executive order on July 27… and he promised to put that date in writing in a Maryland courthouse earlier today.

Border hawks were overjoyed at the announcement.

“Judges don’t make immigration law, Congress does. It’s time to pass the Birthright Citizenship Act, introduced by (Texas Republican Congressman Brian Babin), ENDING the practice of granting automatic citizenship to children born to illegal aliens.” NumbersUSA.

This Supreme Court ruling underscores the fact that judges don’t make immigration law, Congress does.

“Birthright citizenship is a policy that doesn’t make any sense, and it’s a magnet for illegal immigration,” said Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who also supports a Senate bill on the topic.

America is actually an outlier in most of the world: Birthright citizenship is a minority policy in most corners of the globe.

Reeling it in would go a long way toward renewing American patriotism for many reasons.

First, it would destroy the Left’s long-term, Soros-backed plan to import Democratic voters. The Left have served illegal aliens — and the cartels that smuggle them into the country — for at least 30 years. Meanwhile, they exported American jobs, imported fentanyl, and shortened the average American citizens’ life expectancy.

If Americans won’t vote Democrat, they figured, maybe foreigners would… especially if they let illegal immigrants have some of your tax dollars.

Second, the change will save Americans untold billions in taxes.

One immigration expert stated that 39 percent of U.S. households headed by illegal aliens are on Medicaid, not including SNAP benefits and other taxpayer-funded welfare programs intended for needy Americans.

Third, it will reinforce the power of American voters. As part of their incumbency protection racket, Democrats have imported a huge number of illegals to wipe out your vote. The Migration Policy Institute, a pro-illegal group, estimated there are as many as a quarter of a million of so-called “anchor babies” born in the U.S. every single year.

That’s a city the size of Chicago, every eight years.

From now on, Democrats might actually have to worry about how their policies affect you. And if the Left has to worry about American votes for once, maybe they’ll try to make your life better for a change.

We’ll see once the president starts implementing his latest America First win in less than three weeks.
