One of Hunter Biden’s “favorite prostitutes” and drug dealers has been charged with manslaughter in Nevada after allegedly smuggling heroin into a jail that killed another inmate — adding another tragic end to the trail of destruction left in the wake of the former president’s son’s drug-fueled lifestyle.
Cheryl Ann Deboves was arraigned on involuntary manslaughter and drug possession charges in Clark County, Nevada in April, according to court records and a report by The Daily Wire. The case was moved to state court, where she pleaded guilty last month to possession of controlled substances by an inmate, receiving a sentence of between 12 and 30 months.
The charges stem from allegations that Deboves brought drugs into the Mesquite City jail, leading to the overdose death of Barbara Howell, a 45-year-old mother of three who died after taking heroin that Deboves allegedly smuggled in.
“The jail is taking no responsibility…I need help getting justice for my daughter,” Howell’s devastated mother, Anita Eibert, told The Daily Wire.
Eibert described her daughter as a “free spirited child” who was an honors student and cheerleader in high school and “always willing to help anyone in need.”
“Sometimes not making the best choices, she went through addiction to drugs, which landed her in jail. She wanted to make a better life for herself. She told her son she was done with that life, but the worst happened in the Mesquite City jail where she died of a heroin overdose at the age of 45,” Eibert said.
Deboves was a recurring figure featured throughout Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop, which mainstream media organizations including The New York Times, Washington Post, and CBS News have now authenticated after years of dismissing it as “Russian disinformation.”
The laptop contains extensive documentation of Hunter Biden’s relationship with Deboves, showing the president’s son engaging in orgies with her, enlisting her to buy drugs, and sending her money to fund her drug habit.
Biden regularly texted Deboves when he wanted sex or needed someone to score drugs for him, sending her cash via apps like Venmo and CashApp. However, when Deboves found herself in danger from drug dealers threatening her, Biden callously abandoned her.
In 2018, she texted him desperately that a drug dealer was recently released from prison, and said he “keeps threatening me, and now he has someone named keaton threatening me too who just got out of prison or whatever… Can you please help me? Like he scares me a lot. I hate it when men threaten women.”
There is no record of Biden replying to her pleas for help — and only later texted to arrange to pay her $500 for a naked FaceTime session.
For years, critics say Hunter Biden used, and discarded, vulnerable women caught up in his destructive lifestyle, leaving them in the past while he moved on to his next fix or sexual encounter.
Adding insult to injury, Deboves reportedly managed to scam taxpayers out of over $20,000 in coronavirus relief funds shortly after Biden’s father took office as president. Federal records show that in April 2021, just months after Joe Biden’s inauguration, Deboves received a $20,207 Paycheck Protection Program loan for her so-called “female-owned sole proprietorship” listed under the category of “independent artists, writers, and performers.”
The PPP loan was issued through Capital Plus Financial and was marked as “Paid in Full” by October 2021, meaning it was either repaid or completely forgiven under the fraud-ridden bailout program. Deboves, who is a registered sex offender with a long string of prostitution and drug arrests, reportedly declared on her application that the loan would be used mainly for “payroll purposes,” allocating $20,205 for salary and just $1 for utilities.
While Hunter Biden was protected by his father’s political influence and ultimately received a blanket criminal pardon from his powerful family connections, the “little people” left in his destructive wake have faced prison, death, and worse.
Deboves’ criminal history shows a pattern of arrests on drug and prostitution-related charges in Clark County, Nevada dating back years, including charges in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.
While Hunter Biden spent years partying with prostitutes and drug dealers, funding their habits and enabling their criminal enterprises, innocent people like Barbara Howell became collateral damage.
While Hunter got his presidential pardon and moved on with his life, Howell’s family is left mourning a mother who died from drugs allegedly smuggled in by one of his former partners in crime.
