Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has an unusual “drunk” connection with the Vatican’s new Pope: His older brother.

Specifically, his older brother’s social media posts.

Louis Prevost, 73, the Florida-based brother of Pope Leo XIV, shared content on Facebook referring to former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as a “drunk c**t,” said Democrats should be arrested for treason, and posted that in the past “woke” liberals would have been “tarred, feathered… or worse, shot or strung up.”

“Seems like we are in a war right here at home,” Prevost wrote in one post about illegal immigrants allegedly “creating all sorts of havoc.”

The posts how there is a  stark political divide within the new pope’s family. While Louis has shared pro-Trump memes, Pope Leo XIV has previously shared social media content critical of the Trump administration and Vice President JD Vance’s approach to Christianity.

Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon derided the new pontiff as the “worst pick for MAGA Catholics” and the “anti-Trump pope.”

Pope Leo XIV's brother once shared a post on Facebook calling Nancy Pelosi a "drunk c*nt" with an old video of Pelosi supporting tariffs on China.

Wow, based.

The post was shared on Lou Prevost's Facebook account on April 5.

The brothers grew up in a modest 1,200-square-foot brick home in Dolton, Illinois, where neighbors would reportedly joke that young Robert Prevost he would someday be pope.

“We used to tease him about being pope because he always had that holy way about him,” Louis told Fox13, calling the prediction a “premonition” that has now come to pass.

Since his brother’s historic elevation as the first American pope, Louis has acknowledged that his life will be monitored by the media.

“I’ve had to change the way I live,” he told CBS News. “I better behave now.”

Despite their political differences, Louis predicted his brother would be “similar to [Pope] Francis, but maybe not quite as liberal-minded… I think he’d be a little more conservative.”
