Has outgoing President Joe Biden officially given up?
Or is his cognitive decline — which many Democrats covered up — finally on full display for all of America to see in his final days is office?
Well, as if the country needed another exhibit of Biden’s fumbling and bumbling, this week he apparently forgot how to sign a bill into law.
You had one job, Joe!

On Tuesday, video from inside The White House captured Biden appearing to have problems signing a bill.
At one point he had to ask, “Gotta fill this in?”
Yikes!
Biden has no idea where he is or what he's doing as he signs a new national monument into law: "I gotta fill this in?"

Then the video show Biden asking someone named “Santino” if he would fill in the dates for him later. Someone in the background can be heard telling him it was Jan. 14. He claimed he knew that.
