Fox News stars Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt revealed their engagement Thursday after Hannity proposed at their church over the Christmas holiday.
“We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives,” the couple told Fox News.
The two said that their children all approved the union, and that both also received the blessings of their ex-spouses beforehand.
Hannity, 62, hosts the network’s top-rated primetime show from Florida, while Earhardt, 48, co-hosts “Fox & Friends” from New York.
The couple, dating since 2020, maintain their relationship through weekend trips between states.
Both have recently signed long-term contracts with Fox News.
Hannity, who joined at the network’s 1996 launch, recently added a Fox Nation show “Sean” to his portfolio, which includes a syndicated radio show reaching 750 stations. Earhardt, with Fox since 2007, hosts Ainsley’s Bible Study on Fox Nation and has authored four New York Times bestsellers.
In their announcement, the pair cited their deep Christian faith as central to their relationship. After the proposal, described as happening in “the perfect place,” they met with their minister.
