[WATCH] Megyn Kelly schools anti-Trump moderator

Don’t mess with Megyn Kelly. She knows what she’s talking about.

The former Fox host and namesake to her ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’ is praised for her accurate take down of a panel moderator who tried to misconstrue Donald Trump lawfare during the All In podcast summit earlier this month.

The All-In podcast hosts—Jason Calacanis, Chamath Palihapitiya, David Sacks, and David Friedberg—held a three-day summit, which featured the former Fox News host as a speaker.

According to its website, the All In Summit is, “Connecting the All-In community with the world’s most influential thinkers to shape the future of business, politics, and society.”

During her segment, Calacanis claimed that Donald Trump had been found guilty in three cases, leading Kelly to challenge him on the specifics.

But Kelly wouldn’t let that slide. You see, many people don’t know that Kelly was once a lawyer.

Kelly worked as a lawyer for 10 years before even making the huge career change to TV. Kelly practiced law as a corporate litigator at Jones Day for nine years and was an associate in the Chicago office of the law firm Bickel & Brewer LLP.

“I started off as a lawyer for almost a decade before I decided I was completely burned out,” Kelly once told Business Insider. “When choosing a new profession, I just said to myself: ‘What can I do that would utilize some of these skills, but that I would enjoy a little more and will also be fun and still intellectually stimulating?’ And this was an obvious choice.”

But fast forward to today, and the aforementioned All In event.

During the panel discussion, Calacanis, an entrepreneur and angel investor, referenced the E Jean Carroll and Trump Organization civil cases, which are not criminal.

Kelly, a lawyer, clarified the distinction between these civil cases and those initiated by Special Counsel Jack Smith, emphasizing the major differences.

“There’s a big difference,” she said.

Watch Kelly’s subtle take-down for yourself. It’s a thing of beauty.
