Just when you thought the 2024 presidential race couldn’t get any crazier, a ne photo of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. being pushed by the mainstream media may have just taken things to a whole new level.
A Vanity Fair article published Tuesday contained an allegation that the independent presidential candidate once ate a charred, barbecued dog.
The article featured a picture that Kennedy — an environmental lawyer — had sent to a friend in 2010, which showed him holding a crisp carcass of an animal and posing with an unidentified woman.
Vanity Fair said they had a veterinarian examine the picture, and the vet told the outlet it was likely a canine carcass based on the number of ribs seen in the photo.
Is it true that RFK, Jr. once ate a dog?
In an X post on Tuesday, Kennedy said that the carcass was that of a goat, not a dog.
Hey @VanityFair, you know when your veterinary experts call a goat a dog, and your forensic experts say a photo taken in Patagonia was taken in Korea, that you’ve joined the ranks of supermarket tabloids. Keep telling America that up is down if you want. I’ll keep talking about… pic.twitter.com/SGX3QpoaRZ

Of course, the Vanity Fair report didn’t stop with just accusing Kennedy of eating dog. The recently published story also contained sexual assault allegations from Eliza Cooney, who said she worked for Kennedy as a babysitter in 1998, when she was 23.
Cooney claimed, without evidence, that on one occasion, Kennedy groped her in the kitchen of his family home.
Kennedy said he would not comment on details from “30-year-old” stories that Vanity Fair was recycling.
Supporters of the independent bid pointed out that the timing of the Vanity Fair story is very convenient as President Joe Biden’s camp is dealing with massive fallout from his shaky presidential debate and calls for him to drop his re-election bid.
Kennedy is running as an alternative to Biden and former President Donald Trump. As a former environmental lawyer and Big Pharma skeptic, he siphons most votes from the Biden campaign.
