Joe Biden’s worst meltdown yet? You judge… [Video]

In 2016’s presidential election, New Hampshire was the second-closest state by percentage, and the closest state by raw number of votes.

President Joe Biden headed to the Granite State to revive their flagging campaign Tuesday… and Biden may have had his worst-ever teleprompter meltdown yet.

During a speech in Nashua, he promoted the Honoring Our Promise To Address Comprehensive Toxins Act (PACT Act).

However, Biden butchered the name of the law… and the name of the “person most responsible.”

In this closely divided state, Biden may have just made his most consequential stumble yet.

“Let me close with this,” Biden said, according to the White House transcript.

“After I signed the PACT into — PACT A- — lac- — Act into law, I handed the pen that I signed it with — which is a tradition to the most — person most responsible for the legislation — to a widow and her daughter of the late Sergeant First Class Heath Robertson [Robinson],”

The White House’s transcript is hardly more legible than the video.

Take a look —

The Biden campaign is sagging amid voters’ concerns about his advanced age and mental acuity.

In February, pollsters at Quinnipiac University conducted live interviews with 1,583 adults on both landlines and cell phones.

67 percent of respondents considered Biden too old to serve another four years. 64 percent described him as lacking the mental acuity necessary for another term.

Former President Donald Trump, the rival candidate, is three years younger, and he fares better in polls regarding mental acuity. 51 percent of voters described Trump as lacking the mental acuity for the job, but only 41 percent of respondents considered him too old.

Accordingly, Trump has just outraised Biden for the first time this cycle. Trump reported raising $76 million with the Republican National Committee last month, compared to less than $52 million for Biden and the D.N.C.

Not to worry, Biden has a plan. In an apparent effort to appear more youthful, the Biden campaign is posting job opportunities for a “youth spokesperson” to make internet memes.

No word if they’ll be asked about “pacandlpacatlackack law.”
