DOJ ties Biden to the Mafia

The Biden family’s decades-long history of kickbacks, legally questionable “business” deals, and offering access to President Joe Biden has some critics labeling them the “Biden crime family.”

But new legal filings establish a concrete link between the Bidens and bona fide Mob bosses.

A complicated string of inside deals, mutual back-scratching, and defrauding government old-age programs ties the Bidens to the Mafiosi royalty, critics claim.

The story starts with the man who has cashed in on Joe Biden’s family connections the longest: Joe’s younger brother, James Biden.

Jim Biden has been accused of promising to exploit his brother and to attract international investment for a Florida healthcare group called Americore. The Horn has repeatedly detailed the company’s allegations than Jim Biden promised them huge benefits, never delivered, tried to steal their business model, and left them to go bankrupt.

But Jim Biden didn’t let everyone go bankrupt.

In a May 2017 meeting, Jim Biden sold Americore on running its lab services through a company run by a Biden family friend.

Keaton Langston is the sole member of Fountain Health, LLC; during its run, Fountain Health “and a successor company with a similar name” did all the lab work Americore needed.

Keaton Langston is the son of James Biden’s longtime friend, Joey Langston, who was also in that May 2017 Americore meeting.

The feds say the whole thing was a kickback scheme that defrauded Medicare thousands of times for tens of millions of dollars.

Another of Keaton Langston’s partners, Daniel Hurt, entered a guilty plea to accepting kickbacks for Medicare tests of as much as $6,000 a test—and they were “not medically necessary.” In January and October 2019, Hurt raked in “$25,600,715.76 associated with approximately 53,866 fraudulent” claims targeted 4,074 Medicare beneficiaries.

Keaton Langston helped Hurt put the hurt on Americore from the inside; he took a cut of the business Americore sent to Hurt, Americore said in a lawsuit that Langston settled out of court.

But then the government says Langston got up to his old tricks in Ground Zero of the Mafia: New Jersey.

Documents in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey name Keaton Langston as co-conspirator number one in a 2021 case ordering medical equipment in the Garden State from a company co-owned by Thomas Farese.

Who’s Thomas Farese? He’s named as a major leader in the Colombo Family, one of the original Five Families in the five boroughs.

Farese isn’t just some street-level wiseguy. He’s the consigliere—the high-ranking, top advisor and right-hand-man who keeps the whole syndicate moving.

And he’s tied to the president of the United States through a string of donations, business deals, kickbacks, and federal charges in multiple states involving government grants—ultimately run by the president.

To make matters worse, it’s not even the Biden family’s only ties to the Mafia. Before Biden ever became president, The Horn described how Hunter Biden went into business in China with James Bulger, the nephew of notorious Boston gangster James “Whitey” Bulger.

Jim Biden testified that Joey Langston was way more than a casual acquaintance. “I developed a close personal friendship with him through many different venture,” the president’s brother told the House Oversight and Accountability Committee a few weeks ago. “We became close personal friends.”

Joe Biden knows him, too.

“Joey Langston may have met the Senator,” Joe Biden, in addition to being a fundraiser, although his brother testified he’s “not sure of any of the amounts” his buddy contributed to his brother.

Whatever was happening, we know something was up… because everyone had the same story: radio silence.

James Biden’s spokesman, Brian McDonough, had no comment.

Langston’s lawyer, who’s also his cousin Casey Langston Lott, had no comment.

Farese and Truglia’s lawyers had no comment.

The White House had no comment.

“Joe Biden has said he never discussed his relatives’ business dealings,” reported Politico.

Well, yes, that’s what he’s said—but we know differently, thanks to everything from his son Hunter’s emails, to photographs, to records uncovered by intrepid House Republican investigators.

In fact, some of it has dribbled out into the media.

During one conversation with Americor brass, “Jim Biden said he was sitting in a car next to his brother Joe,” Politico reported.

This one really could land someone in the Biden family behind bars.

Instead of impeachment, House Republicans are considering criminal referrals for the Bidens, the leader of the House impeachment inquiry, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., has confirmed.

If the Biden’s influence-peddling case goes to court, is it possible the Biden family will be able to keep its ties to the Colombo family out of the court?

What will the lawyers find during discovery?

Will the Fake News media, which constantly called Trump’s lawyer his “fixer” and went bananas over Trump’s ties to “Mafia lawyer” Roy Cohn, cover the Biden-Colombo connection?

We know they won’t—but The Horn just did.
