The Biden administration has pressed charges against the whistleblower who claims to have evidence of a vast bribery scheme run by the Biden family…and they charged him with the very crime the Biden family allegedly committed.
Biden’s Department of Justice has pressed charges against Gal Luft, a 57-year-old dual citizen of Israel and the United States, who is co-director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security.
He also happens to be the man who blew the whistle on Hunter Biden receiving funds from overseas businessmen closely associated with the Chinese Communist Party, but federal agents buried the transcript of his 2019 interview.
Luft eventually tipped off congressional Republicans, who say he’s got the smoking gun that could prove Joe Biden has used his family to engage in influence peddling.
Biden’s DOJ accused Luft of violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), allegedly trying to facilitate arms sales to Iran, Libya, and Qatar—but also for trying to promote Chinese interests.
The charges say, in part, Luft could go to jail because he allegedly received $700,000 from CEFC China Energy.
If that name sounds familiar, it’s because it’s the exact same company that paid Hunter Biden millions of dollars.
Hunter sent a threatening text to CEFC associate Raymond Zhao in August of 2017, saying that his father was in the room, that Hunter had the “ability to forever hold a grudge,” and Zhao had better pay up. Within days, CEFC wired $100,000 to a business front controlled by Hunter Biden, Owasco P.C.
The transfers would keep coming—reportedly totaling $5 million from CEFC to a shell company, Hudson West III, to Owasco P.C., to Hunter (and maybe Joe) Biden.
Even Joe Biden had enough awareness to bury mention of the Chinese energy company 21 pages deep into its indictment of Luft.
For the Bidens, the millions also poured in from around the world. The House Oversight Committee has tracked at least $10 million in legally dubious payments from foreign nations including China, Ukraine, and Romania, to the Biden family.
Legal experts say that means Hunter Biden broke FARA—the law his father is trying to prosecute Luft over.
“The compelling basis for a FARA charge” against Hunter Biden “has become unassailable and undeniable,” said legal scholar and George Washington Law professor Jonathan Turley.
To make matters more incriminating, it seems that Hunter Biden knew the arrangement skirted the law all along. Hunter told business partner Tony Bobulinski to set up a U.S.-based shell company, because “we don’t want to have to register as foreign agents.”
Luft is fighting back, sending the New York Post a 14-minute-long video defending himself from the charges, which he says are politically motivated.
Watch this: The so-called missing witness to the Biden family’s corruption, Gal Luft, has recorded this statement describing how, since alerting the DoJ to his direct knowledge of the Bidens receiving illicit payments from China, the DoJ/FBI used this info not to investigate but… pic.twitter.com/snOeSedgc5

“I’m not a Republican. I’m not a Democrat. I have no political motive or agenda,” said Luft.
He claimed he only spoke out because Biden was so compromised that “if the Bidens were to come to power, the country would be facing the same traumatic Russia collusion scandal — only this time with China. Sadly, because of the DOJ’s cover-up, this is exactly what happened.”
Now, Luft is facing a traumatic legal battle of his own.
“Is DOJ trying to silence Dr. Gal Luft from publicly exposing Biden family corruption?” asked Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisc. “The American people deserve the truth and Dr. Luft must have the chance to testify before Congress.”

Conservative defense expert Frank Gaffney called Left a “friend and valued colleague,” and compared his legal prosecution to David and Goliath.
The handwriting has been on the wall since February, when the Biden administration arrested Luft in Cyprus.
“DOJ is trying to bury me to protect Joe,Jim&Hunter Biden,” Luft tweeted at the time.
He has since fled custody and is at large.
I've been arrested in Cyprus on a politically motivated extradition request by the US.
The US, claiming I'm an arms dealer. It would be funny if it weren't tragic.
I've never been an arms dealer.

Shall I name names?

The Horn’s sources do not have enough information to determine the truth of falsehood of these charges.
If the charges are true, his actions were obviously indefensible — just like Hunter Biden’s.
But if Luft is guilty, that may make his testimony more reliable, Republicans say.
“Gal Luft is a credible witness to the Bidens’ influence peddling schemes because he too was getting paid by the same shady company,” said Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., chairman of the House Oversight Committee, which is investigating Hunter Biden.
His fellow Republican, Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina, said she believes the Biden administration dropped charges on Luft in retaliation for his role as a whistleblower against the president’s son. “You can’t look at the timeline and think otherwise,” said Mace.
We don’t know the facts—although we know that federal agents of the Deep State have a habit of making incriminating evidence about the Bidens disappear—like paperwork showing that Hunter Biden illegally purchased a handgun while chain-smoking crack.
Was Gal Luft next in line?
That’s the question every American should be asking. And it’s a bone-chilling allegation we just can’t shake.
