Despite what the mainstream media is reporting, President Donald Trump is making a quiet comeback in the polls against Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
And two recent polls could mean something big for the incumbent: A landslide.
Biden’s sudden reappearance on the campaign trail proves he’s worried about an uptick in Trump support.

According to a Democracy Institute/Sunday Express poll, the President holds a lead over Biden nationally, 48 percent to 45 percent.
But there’s more.
The critical battleground states of Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota all have something in common.
They’re all swinging in Trump’s direction with less than 100 days to go until the election.
Democrat Institute director Patrick Basham says based on the numbers, he believes that Biden has already peaked.
The big reason why?
The numbers say Americans are becoming increasingly honest about what matters to them this upcoming election.
Highest on the priority list: Law and order, according to 37 percent of those surveyed.

So although in the past incumbents usually enjoyed re-election victories based on a good economy, it seems that Trump is thriving from his stance of supporting law enforcement across the country as violent protests raged in cities across America.
And as a result, Biden is rushing out of his basement to get back on the campaign trail. He appeared in Pittsburgh, Pa., reiterating his condemnation of rioting and looting, while also blaming the president for the unrest.
“In any political campaign, there’s a moment that tells you which way the electoral wind is blowing,” Basham told the Express. “That moment arrived on Wednesday. Joe Biden restated his support for peaceful protests but, crucially, condemned the violence that has come to dominate the monthslong nationwide protest movement.”
“When a candidate changes his tune three-quarters of the way through a race, it is not because he knows he holds a winning hand. He does so because the electoral ground is shifting beneath his feet.”

And those aren’t the only numbers in Trump’s favor.
A recent Hill-HarrisX poll found that his and the GOP performance at the Republican National Convention paid off very well — and as a result, Trump has gained nine approval points among Black voters.
The poll specifically surveyed Black voters who watched the first two days of the convention, and 24 percent say Trump is doing a good job.
Now, 24 percent of the African-American vote may not seem like much, but it’s a milestone the GOP has been pursuing for decades. Republican leaders know if they attain it in November, it’s lights out for Biden.
“Ask yourself,” Biden said rhetorically in his Pittsburgh address. “Do I look like a radical socialist with a soft spot for rioters?”
Maybe not.

But voters don’t believe you’ll fight to keep them safe from radical socialist rioters, either.
