Did Democrats, under the orders of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, order a foreign attack against conservative lawmakers?
The National Republican Congressional Committee said it was hit with a “cyber intrusion” during the 2018 midterm campaign and the breach has been reported to the FBI. It likely came from a foreign source — right around the time Democrats most needed information on the Republican Party to ensure victory in November’s election.
Of course, there’s absolutely zero evidence or corroborating witnesses that suggest Pelosi was involved… and Republican committee spokesman Ian Prior admitted Tuesday that the intrusion was by an “unknown entity.” An internal investigation also has been launched.
“We don’t want to get into details about what was taken because it’s an ongoing investigation,” said a senior party official told Politico. “Let’s say they had access to four active accounts. I think you can draw from that.”
“To protect the integrity of that investigation, the NRCC will offer no further comment on the incident,” Prior told reporters.
So the accusation against Pelosi is a stretch that no logical person would ever accept…
But these days, who needs things like “evidence” and “witnesses.”
After all, according to the investigative standards of Democrats during Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings, none of that should matter.
For months, American voters were told that the mere accusation against someone should immediately disqualify them from office.
Isn’t it time for Pelosi herself call for a special counsel to investigate?
After all, fair is fair… right?
