Disturbing footage has emerged from Texas, where a local police officer tries to shut down a street preacher. She claims an ordinance allows her to cite anyone for criminal conduct if their speech is deemed “offensive.”
It’s the latest weaponized attack on First Amendment freedoms. But this cop got more than she bargained for, when the preacher turned out to be retired law enforcement, too.
