Democrats are desperate to take back the White House in the 2028 presidential election. And many Dems are pinning their hopes on California Gov. Gavin Newsom as their candidate.
But all roads to the White House may lead through Georgia — which is expected to be one of only a handful of legitimate swing states in 2028.
And Gavin Newsom may have a serious Georgia problem that should have Democrats shaking in their boots. Check out this recent focus group footage, where Georgia residents share their real feelings on Newsom.
They call him a “nutcase,” claim that they don’t want him in the primary, and say that he doesn’t have a “snowball’s chance in hell” of winning. If Newsom is the Dems’ best hope, they’re in serious trouble.
