Democratic nominee to-be Joe Biden may have won the Democratic presidential primary, but he’s losing it upstairs …
That’s according to conservative activist Stephen Green, who says two recently released videos are proof of Biden’s mental decline.
Green was joined by Scott Ott and Bill Whittle to discuss the former vice president’s mental health issues based on a pair of MSNBC clips in which Biden stumbled through routine answers.
“We need to talk about Biden,” Green said. “This is real, man. Come on, this is serious, the thing. Folks, I’ve been kidding about Biden’s apparent cognitive decline for a while now, but it’s really getting to the point where you can’t even joke about it anymore.”
The two clips below can be seen at the :58 second-marker and the 5:50 minute-marker.

At 58 seconds –– “One, we have to, uh, depend on what the President’s going to do right now, and first of all he has to, uh, tell, uh, wait ’til the case is before anything happens. Look, the whole idea is he’s got to get in place things that were shortages of.”
At 5:50 –– ” … we cannot let this, we’ve never let allowed any crisis from the Civil War straight through to the pandemic of 17, all the way around, 16, we have never, never let our democracy [illegible] second fiddle, way that we can both have a democracy and elections and at the same time correct the public health.”
After playing the clips, Green, Ott, and Whittle discussed how a candidate like Biden would be handling the Wuhan flu global pandemic –– which sees President Donald Trump answering to the media daily and reassuring the American public.
