Providence, R.I. seems to have a problem.
Earlier this week, a mother and her eight-year-old daughter were allegedly dragged out of their car to be beaten by a group of ATV riders.
The victim pulled up behind a group of about 10 people on ATVs and dirt bikes, according to a police report mentioned in the Boston Globe.

According to the report, the victim stopped at another traffic light, and the group surrounded her car like a wolf pack. Some of the bikers allegedly opened her car door, dragged her out, and started beating her. After the attack, the bikers allegedly drove away and left her in the road, based on multiple sources.
A local news station in Providence obtained a cellphone video of the incident. The video shows the victim on her knees in the street, being punched.

The videos of ATVs are shaking the city of Providence. Providence Councilman David Salvatore released a formal statement about the ATVs. “I was horrified to hear reports that at 6 A.M. this morning, a woman was pulled from her car and beaten by ATV riders while her eight-month-old child was in the car with her.”
City Council President John Igliozzi even wrote a letter to Gov. Dan McKee. In the letter, the council president voices his concern about “roving throngs of ATV and dirt bike riders terrorizing our neighborhoods.”
The illegal ATVs even sparked a tweet from Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza.

We had an awful incident in our city last night that left a young woman shaken and injured. We will continue to dedicate all our available resources to getting these illegal ATVs off our streets and to bring those responsible to justice.
