Former Vice President Kamala Harris has been called a lot of nasty things during her career. But getting called names is part of the political landscape, is it not?
However, a group of political allies — at least on paper — of Harris suddenly turned on her during a recent stop of her book tour… and their laughable new nickname clearly touched a serious nerve with Harris, leaving her shaken and visibly angry on camera.
Harris is currently in the midst of a 15-city book tour following the release of her new book “107 Days,” recounting her presidential campaign against President Donald Trump.
For the most part, Harris’ whirlwind promotional tour has been uneventful — until last night.
In now viral footage circulating across social media, a far-left activist group called “Climate Defiance” abruptly interrupted Harris’ commentary, calling her a “right-wing war criminal.”
Socialist Kamala is right-wing? Laughable. But the jab clearly upset Harris as she stood up and yelled back at the protesters, who were quickly escorted out of the venue by security.

Was Harris more upset with being labeled “right-wing” … or “war criminal?”
While last night’s protest and disruption was the most vocal, Harris has quietly been the subject of pro-Palestinian protests throughout her book tour. She has at times rebuffed the protesters and also given airtime to their concerns, but last night was clearly not the case.
“I was the first person at the highest level of our United States government or administration to talk about the fact that the people in Gaza were starving,” Harris told protesters at a book event last month, according to The Washington Post.
Later in the interview, Daniels asked Harris whether she agreed that President Donald Trump should be “commended” for his role in brokering the ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel that saw the release of the 20 living hostages on Monday.
“I don’t think we should hold any credit where it’s due,” said Harris. “I really do hope it becomes real and that the hostages are out, that Gaza is no longer being treated with such brutality of force, that aid goes in. I commend the people who have been a part of this process. I commend the Qataris, the Egyptians, and the president.”
While serving as Vice President, Harris supported Israel’s right to defend itself, and even supported a a $20 billion U.S. arms deal with Israel approved in August 2024, which has drawn the ire of many far-left Democrats.
Unfortunately for Harris, this isn’t the first time seemingly close allies have given her a less-than-flattering nickname.
Last October, Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz disclosed the controversial nickname he uses Harris in his phone contacts:
“My dry cleaner.”
At the time, Walz explained that Harris’ controversial nickname stems from an August incident when Walz missed Harris’s call offering him the vice presidential spot.
“It was an unmarked number so I’m thinking it’s like a car warranty thing,” Walz explained.
He only answered after a high-ranking aide insisted he “pick up your dang phone.”
Critics argued that the nickname of “dry cleaner” is racist, particularly as Harris was running to potentially become the first woman and Asian-American to lead the country.
