President Joe Biden traveled down to Georgia on Thursday for what was supposed to be a celebration of his first 100 days in office.
But the trip, and the keynote rally speech, was quickly ruined by an angry mob of liberal protesters.
Тhe address had been planned as a moment to tout the administration’s far-left accomplishments in one of the crucial states that carried him to the finish line of the election.
Still, the mob was not satisfied.
Speaking from the podium in Duluth, Georgia, Biden was midway into his speech when a disturbing group of agitators interrupted his speech.
“End detention now!” they chanted, shouting down Biden.
Biden was visibly confused for a moment before attempting to play along with the protesters. Biden and his campaign were no strangers to constant heckling throughout his 2020 presidential campaign.
“We’ll give you a microphone,” Biden offered the mob of angry protesters.
“Folks,” he continued. “Georgia was 100 days ago today, when I was inaugurated on the steps of the United States Capitol to be your president. I was looking forward to coming back and seeing these guys.”
Nevertheless, the protesters continued to scream in the background.
“Abolish ICE!” they demanded,
Biden attempted to appease the crowd, but couldn’t win over the protesters.
“I agree with you!” he yelled. “I’m working on it man, gimme another five days.”
The pro-Biden audience then began to cheer.
“Folks,” Biden continued again, speaking to his audience. “Y’all know what they’re talking about. There should be no private prisons period. None. Period. That’s what they’re talking about, private detention centers.”
“They should not exist. And we are working to close all of them.”
