Fox News star Tucker Carlson just dropped a bombshell on the Supreme Court and their Thursday ruling on President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates.
Specifically, Carlson called Justice Brett Kavanaugh a “cringing little liberal” and expressed regret for defending him in 2019 against unsubstantiated claims of sexual assault.
“The Supreme Court invalidated Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates for private-sector workers. The court found that the Biden administration was using OSHA — That’s the Occupational Safety and Health Administration — as a workaround to impose ‘broad public health measures that are ‘untethered from the workplace,'” Carlson began.
But it wasn’t all good news.
“The court decided that Joe Biden’s mandate on healthcare workers, by contrast, can remain in place — at least for now,” he said. “As it stands, this ruling is a rejection of yet another dramatic overreach of a completely out of control administration that believes it knows more about health and science than doctors and nurses do.”
So what will the Biden administration do now that its mandate has been largely struck down?
“Instead of changing its approach and working with Congress to pass laws — which is how a democracy works — Biden … decided on a strategy of haranguing lawmakers and calling them racists.”
The Daily Wire‘s Harmeet Dhillion joined Carlson and said the latest defeat is the third out of four losses for the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates in front of the highest court for the Biden administration.
The only difference with healthcare workers was Kavanaugh’s vote, Carlson quickly pointed out — and that’s when he dropped the bombshell that made both him and his guest laugh out loud.
“With no help from Brett Kavanaugh, the cringing little liberal,” Carlson said about the fourth ruling Thursday.

Thank you @TuckerCarlson for having me on tonight to discuss the predictable defeat of Biden’s #OSHA vaccine mandate at the #SCOTUS. Huge victory for the American people and my client @realDailyWire. Bypassing legislatures and governing by executive order isn’t the American way. pic.twitter.com/I1SjkFm8jg

The Supreme Court’s ruling reads as follows —
OSHA’s COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard, 86 Fed. Reg. 61402, is stayed pending disposition of the applicants’ petitions for review in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and disposition of the applicants’ petitions for writs of certiorari, if such writs are timely sought.
Should the petitions for writs of certiorari be denied, this order shall terminate automatically. In the event the petitions for writs of certiorari are granted, the order shall terminate upon the sending down of the judgment of this Court.
