Trump’s HUGE legal victory (media ignoring)

One of the greatest success of President Donald Trump’s first term has been the record number of conservative judges the White House has successfully put into place — and the fight over America’s legal system has only just begun.

While Democrats and the mainstream media have spent the last two years kicking and screaming about every tweet, Trump and Republican Senators have been remaking the federal court system.

And his next target would be a huge win for conservative voters: The notoriously liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, based out of San Francisco, California.

On Tuesday, the Trump administration announced they had re-nominated a huge list of 51 federal judicial nominees — enough to fill at least one-third of all court vacancies.

The bold move looks to jumpstart the nomination process in 2019. The White House looks to continue the first two year’s record-breaking success that conservative legal experts feared slowed down last year.

Supporters say the latest move will help the American legal system remain constitutional — and sympathetic to conservative causes — for generations.

“Nine of the 51 appointments are for spots on prestigious and influential federal appellate benches, including two on the mostly liberal San Francisco-based 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which President Trump has often derided as ‘disgraceful’ and politically biased,” Fox News reported.

Additionally, 37 nominees are for spots open in district courts, four are nominated for spots on the International Trade and Federal Claims courts, and one nominee is for the Military Commission Review.

The nominees now head to the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary committee’s desk for review. The chairman, Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, is expected to move forward on the list quickly. Graham has said that it’s a priority for him to move the nominations of these federal judges forward quickly.

Trump has put more judges on the circuit courts this far into his first two years than other administration in U.S. history.

The president has already seen two of his Supreme Court nominees — Justice Neil Gorsuch and Justice Brett Kavanaugh — confirmed.

Trump is on a “historic pace to change the courts and fill vacancies with conservative picks,” The Washington Examiner reported. “According to one tally, he has put 30 judges on the United States courts of appeals and 53 judges for the United States district courts.”
