It was a stunning act of disloyalty took place against President Donald Trump, and it wasn’t just from inside the White House itself.
It was from someone with a desk just steps away from the Oval Office.

Madeleine Westerhout, Trump’s personal secretary and gatekeeper, is out of a job for betraying his trust in the most shocking way possible.
She allegedly got drunk with a group of reporters, then proceeded to dish on the president, his habits and even his children.
Westerhout reportedly attended a dinner with Hogan Gidley, who is a White House spokesman, and a group of reporters during the president’s vacation in Bedminster, N.J., last month.
After Gidley left, she had some drinks.
The New York Times said Westerhout then spilled the beans and even leaked details about Barron Trump, the president’s minor child who everyone agrees is “off limits” in terms of media coverage and speculation.

And she didn’t stop there.
The 28-year-old also allegedly told reporters that Trump couldn’t pick his younger daughter, Tiffany, out of a crowd, according to Politico. She reportedly said he didn’t like to be in pictures with her because of her weight.
Trump said that Westerhout apologized, and he forgives her.
“She called me. She was very upset. She was very down,” Trump told a group of reporters. “And she said she was drinking a little bit. And she was with reporters, and everything she said was off the record. And that still doesn’t really cover for her. She mentioned a couple of things about my children.”
While he didn’t seem too upset, he also made it clear that a line had been crossed.
“Still, you don’t say things like she said, which were just a little bit hurtful to some people,” Trump said.
Trump also defended his relationship with his younger daughter .
“I love Tiffany,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Doing great!”
The 25-year-old has carefully avoided the spotlight, but seemed to address the issue in a cryptic way. Shortly after the news broke over the weekend, she posted a quote on Instagram from 13th century Persian poet Rumi.

“Study me as much as you like, you will never know me. For I differ a hundred ways from what you see me to be,” it reads. “Put yourself behind my eyes, and see me as I see myself. Because I have chosen to dwell in a place you cannot see.”
Naturally, all the Trump-haters are coming out of the woodwork to pile on.
Over on The View, Whoopi Goldberg claimed Westerhout had to know her off-the-record comments wouldn’t be hidden for long.
And maybe, she claimed, this is exactly what she intended.
“Did she really think this wasn’t going to leak or did she do this as a cry for help to get out?” she said.
Reality TV villain and former White House employee Omarosa Manigault Newman also chimed in.
“He would make disparaging comments about Tiffany and so Madeline’s disclosures to these reporters, or alleged disclosures, were not very surprising to me,” she told Inside Edition. “What was surprising is that she actually breached the confidence of the Trump family.”

Manigault Newman, of course, was a Trump insider who turned against him with an explosive book full of wild claims published last year.
Now, there is speculation that Westerhout could follow suit with a book of her own – because despite the praise from Trump that she had gotten in the past, some felt she was never truly on Team Trump.
Westerhout was a supporter of Mitt Romney in 2012, calling him “the greatest man I will ever work for” and reportedly cried on election night when Trump won.
And they weren’t tears of happiness.
A Washington Post report said she was “inconsolable.”
Maybe that’s why – despite the kind words – Trump also issued a not-so-veiled threat just in case Westerhout is considering a tell-all book of her own.
“While Madeleine Westerhout has a fully enforceable confidentiality agreement, she is a very good person and I don’t think there would ever be reason to use it,” he warned.

…Yes, I am currently suing various people for violating their confidentiality agreements. Disgusting and foul mouthed Omarosa is one. I gave her every break, despite the fact that she was despised by everyone, and she went for some cheap money from a book. Numerous others also!

But that hasn’t stopped publishers from trying: The New York Times reports that at least one has already approached her with an offer.
