Facing a sequel of the 2020 presidential election, a massive group of voters say they would like to support None of the Above.
If Joe Biden faces Donald Trump in 2024, a massive percentage of Americans would vote for a third-party candidate, according to a new poll… and that might just determine the outcome of the presidential election.
Almost four out of every 10 voters say they’ll vote for an independent, third party, or write-in candidate for president if Biden and Trump are the only choices offered, according to a new Rasmussen Reports phone poll released this week.
All in all, 38 percent of voters say they want another choice… and the breakdown is terrible news for Joe Biden.
Rasmussen Polls pointed out the tendency to vote third party exists for “especially members of one particular political party …”
Good Morning !
Today:
If next year's election proves to be a rematch between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, many voters are open to voting for a third-party challenger.

The survey found the people who would vote independent in 2024 includes 42 percent of Democrats, 37 percent of independents, and 35 percent of Republicans…and there’s another surprise.
“Black voters are most likely to consider voting for a strong third-party candidate in a 2024 Biden-Trump rematch,” Rasmussen Reports…reports. “Women voters are somewhat more likely to consider voting for a third-party candidate in (a) 2024 Biden-Trump rematch. … Voters under 40 are significantly more open to voting for a strong third-party candidate if the 2024 election is a Biden-Trump rematch.”
That’s terrible news for Joe Biden, whose campaign has leaned on heavy support among black, women, and young voters to power him through 2020 and considers those groups the backbone of his 2024 reelection efforts.
“If you have a problem figuring out if you’re for me or for Trump, you ain’t black,” Biden told Charlemagne Tha God from his basement bunker during the 2020 election.
Flashback: A Biden aide also attempted to cut off Charlemagne during an interview. Both were unsuccessful and led to the “You ain’t black” comment. https://t.co/dVRONn4Qr2 pic.twitter.com/icuJhmHZE0

There’s even worse news for Biden: A third party candidate could change the course of the election.
Rasmussen reports that, in its latest poll, “43% of Likely U.S. voters would vote to reelect Biden, while 42% would vote for Trump and 12% say they would vote for some other candidate. In June, Trump led 45% to 39% over Biden.”
In other words, the independent voters are mostly hurting Biden.
That idea obviously terrifies the Beltway grifters. The Lincoln Project, a donor class NeverTrump movement whose male founder has been accused of sexually harassing multiple young boys, set its sights on the No Labels Party, the best-funded “centrist” party.
“If No Labels’ lies go unanswered and they nominate a third party candidate that successfully divides the electorate, Trump will win,” the group said.

Former Clinton administration Treasury Secretary Robert Reich rang the alarm bells in a foreign newspaper: the Guardian, which is based in England.
“No Labels and the Green party are in effect front groups for Trump in 2024,” he wrote.
Reich aimed a lot of his fire at Green Party candidate Cornel West and the possibility that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. would run for the People’s Party nomination. “If a third-party candidate takes even a small part of the anti-Trump vote away from Biden, Trump is likely to be returned to the White House,” Reich wrote.
But left-leaning third parties are not forming to oppose Donald Trump; they’re forming, because they have no confidence in Joseph Robinette Biden.
RFK Jr. has kept the door open to running, if the Democratic National Committee keeps teeing up a “coronation” for Biden in the Democratic primaries.
“They’re trying to make sure that I can’t participate at all in the political process, and so I’m going to keep all my options open,” Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told a townhall two weeks ago.
And, of course, Reich supported former congresswoman Liz Cheney of Wyoming running for president this time.

No Labels has been defended by one of its biggest possible beneficiaries: Senator Joe Manchin, D-W.Va.
“All they’re asking for is ‘Do the citizens of the United States want some other options?’” Manchin said earlier this month…but one of those “other options” is the senator himself.
Manchin headlined a No Labels Party event with former Utah Governor and Obama administration official Jon Huntsman, a moderate Republican.
“West Virginia Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin, who continues to flirt with the idea of leaving the party and becoming an independent, continues to intentionally generate buzz over a possible third-party run,” pointed out a writer at RedState.com.
“If we truly are headed for a rematch between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, the possibility of serious third-party challenge is something I would no longer dismiss out of hand,” wrote Philip Klein in National Review.
The odds are definitely against a third party candidate: The last third-party candidate to win the presidency was…the Republican Party, when Abraham Lincoln led a new national party based on abolishing slavery and preserving the Union to replace the Whig Party.
That’s probably not going to happen in 2024, but the fireworks a third party create could make history — and bring smiles to the deeply tanned face of a certain presidential candidate at Mar-a-Lago.
