The Deep State was just NUKED by Trump

When President Donald Trump beat the lawfare waged by crooked prosecutors like Fani Willis, the Left started to sweat. Now we know why.

Democrats spent the entire Biden-Harris administration warning that if President Trump returned to office, he would make his second term “a revenge tour.”

After a strong start, President Trump got bogged down in the Middle East. But in recent days, he’s said: Let the retribution begin, starting with the groups that gave him the most trouble.

Trump is taking a chainsaw to the bureaucracy.

He has announced plans to cut thousands of federal jobs, dry up the fancy benefits only available to bureaucrats, and make sure that the lean, mean workforce that remains spends its workday on work.

What’s even greater than the proposed cuts are exactly who he’s going after.

President Trump has already fired 20,000 IRS employees—and he wants to axe another 4,700.

Say goodbye to the expanded audits that middle-class taxpayers experienced after the Biden-Harris administration beefed up the IRS payroll.

Strangely enough, none of those new employees audited Hunter Biden.

The Trump plan would also cut the Education Department by 20 percent, in preparation of shutting down the teachers union boondoggle completely.

He would also fire environmentalist extremists at the EPA, union bosses at the Labor Department, and say goodbye to Woke employees of the Smithsonian Institute.

During the Biden administration, the Smithsonian posted an insane exhibit claiming that “hard work,” being “polite,” and the use of rationality and reason are signs of “white culture,” which it considers evil.

The Trump administration isn’t just getting rid of federal jobs; it’s cutting whole categories of jobs people can do at taxpayers’ expense.

On paper, at least, the federal government still has authorization to hire elevator operators and “bowling equipment repairing” workers. The Trump administration’s head of the Office of Personnel and Management, Scott Kupor, plans to eliminate those positions from the federal lexicon.

Sorry, Democrats, you’ll have to push your own elevator buttons.

But President Trump plans to use the federal workforce to serve the people who serve America. For example, the Department of Veterans Affairs would grow by 9,000 people, because President Trump will keep his promise to take care of people who served our country in uniform.

The administration is also showing who it values based on who gets pay raises. President Trump’s fiscal year 2027 budget proposal calls for giving federal civilian employees not one single extra dime in salary or benefits. Democrats wanted to give them a 4.1 percent raise.

The president needs the money to give uniformed military servicemembers a huge five to seven percent pay raise: seven percent for military men ranked E-5 and below, six percent for ranks E-6 through O-3, and fuve oercebt for O-4 and above, according to the Office of Management and Budget.

That comes after President Trump gave federal bureaucrats and paper-pushers a mere one percent raise in the 2026 fiscal year starting last September—which still exceeds the pay freeze he originally promised. But law enforcement and the military received a three percent pay hike last year.

In other words, if his proposed budget passes, President Trump is using the federal pay structure to starve the institutional bureaucracy and reward people who put their lives on the line for the American people.

President Trump plans to hire 1,000 more agents for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and 500 people to help immigration courts speed up deportations.

That is, he’s stopping the cartels from importing drugs or illegals—which kill native-born American citizens and fuel the Democratic Party’s voter fraud operation.

President Trump has also pulled every lever he can to stop the elites from hiring illegal aliens to take Americans’ jobs. He’s sealed the border, ended “Temporary” Protected Status that has let elites keep illeagls on U.S. soil for decades, and said green card applicants have to return to their home country to apply for the right to compete against U.S. workers for scarce jobs. This month, the Trump administration ordered Immigration and Customs Enforcement to crack down on the lawyers who who help illegal aliens win entrance to the U.S. by fraud.

He’s also needling employees of far-Left agencies designed to do the Left’s bidding, unaccountable to elected leaders.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau won’t let workers foist radical policies on America from their bedrooms anymore.

As The Horn told you, Barack Obama and Elizabeth Warren set up the CFPB as an agency that gets its money directly from the Federal Reserve instead of Congress, and its leaders would stay in office longer than presidents.

Warren hoped a Democrat would appoint radical left-wingers to the CFPB, which would socialize the economy even through Republican administrations—especially Republicans named Trump. But the president had the last laugh.

The Trump administration will force hundreds of CFPB employees in remote offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago and New York, as well as remote home-based “workers,” to move to CFPB’s central office in Washington, D.C., where supervisors will make sure these employees actually do their jobs.

He has already fired 25 percent of the CFPB’s workers, ended its cushy union compenation deal, and cut off fancy fringe benefits that you don’t get at your job.

And President Trump has taken on the intelligence community directly. President Trump cut one out of every four jobs from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). “Over the last 20 years, ODNI has become bloated and inefficient, and the intelligence community is rife with abuse of power, unauthorized leaks of classified intelligence, and politicized weaponization of intelligence,” said outgoing Director Tulsi Gabbard, announcing the 40 percent cut in a press release last August. “The (intelligence community) must make serious changes to fulfill its responsibility to the American people and the U.S. Constitution by focusing on our core mission: find the truth and provide objective, unbiased, timely intelligence to the president and policymakers. Ending the weaponization of intelligence and holding bad actors accountable are essential to begin to earn the American people’s trust which has long been eroded.”

To make that real, the Trump administration decimated the Deep State four times over. And it will save taxpayers $700 million.

Blue state governors’ heads are exploding, because the president is cutting off the flow of taxpayer money to their voting constituencies. The Trump administration recently announced 25 “key actions and victories” to crack down on fraud since February, many of them saving taxpayers hundreds of millions or billions of dollars each.

President Trump told voters in 2024, “I am your revenge.” In office, that means he’s the Deep State’s worst nightmare.

Your tax dollars are being saved. Your border is being protected. Your voice is being heard.

Isn’t it about time?
