Tell-all book alleges Bill Clinton affair with Epstein’s mistress

Former presidents are usually front-and-center during campaign years, rallying the base to help their party’s candidates.

But former President Bill Clinton might find his invitations drying up fast.

A new book makes lurid allegations against the former president, claiming that Clinton had an affair with Ghislaine Maxwell – allegedly a longtime accomplice of notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

“[Bill] and Ghislaine were getting it on,” an unnamed source who witnessed the relationship told authors Alana Goodman and Daniel Halper, according to an excerpt in the New York Post. “That’s why he was around Epstein – to be with her.”

Their book, “A Convenient Death: The Mysterious Demise of Jeffrey Epstein,” will be published June 2.

Maxwell has been accused of acting as Epstein’s “fixer” as he pursued underaged girls for himself and the international figures who made up his inner circle, an accusation she has repeatedly denied.

She also reportedly had no contact with Epstein for years before his 2019 death in jail in a hanging ruled a suicide.

Clinton denied having an affair with Maxwell.

“It’s a total lie today, it’s a total lie tomorrow, and it’ll be a total lie years from now,” a spokesperson told the Post.

However, there are pictures of him with Maxwell on several occasions.

One set of images that turned up earlier this year shows Clinton with Maxwell as the two boarded Epstein’s infamous private plane dubbed the “Lolita Express” in 2002.

He has admitted to four flights on the plane – although a Washington Examiner investigation found six trips. Whatever the number, the new book claims those flights were actually an excuse to be with Maxwell.

“Ghislaine Maxwell, a constant presence at the ex-president’s side during these trips, was the primary reason Clinton let Epstein ferry him around the world,” the authors wrote.

Clinton used Epstein’s plane for a trip to Africa in 2002, and images obtained by The Sun newspaper in January show the former president and Maxwell smiling atop the stairs.

Clinton has an arm on Maxwell’s shoulder.

“Ghislaine was the contact between Epstein and Clinton,” an unnamed source told Politico last year. “She ended up being close to the family because she and Chelsea ended up becoming close.”

So close, that Maxwell attended Chelsea Clinton’s 2010 wedding:

Chelsea Clinton denies that the two were ever all that close, however.

Maxwell also took part in a Clinton Global Initiative event in 2013.

While she was no longer linked to Epstein, her longtime association with him should have raised questions. She has been called Epstein’s “alleged enabler” by Vanity Fair, although she has denied all of the salacious allegations linked to her time with Epstein.

Epstein’s accusers tell another tale.

Virginia Giuffre, who claimed she was assaulted by royal Prince Andrew when she was 17, told CBS This Morning that she was recruited by Maxwell.

“In the car Ghislaine tells me that I have to do for Andrew what I do for Jeffrey and that just made me sick,” she told the BBC’s Panorama last week.

Another accuser, Maria Farmer, told the network that Maxwell threatened her.

“She says, ‘You’re going out to jog on the West Side Highway every day, and I know this. You need to be very careful because there’s so many ways to die there. So you have to be really careful. Look over your shoulder,’” she said.

Maxwell – once a socialite photographed at parties and events around the world – hasn’t been seen in public since last summer.
