After a string of tragic mass shootings in America, Hollywood liberals jumped into the spotlight to demand a repeal of the 2nd Amendment.
From Capitol Hill to Hollywood, the far-left went up in arms about the right to bear arms — led by actress Alyssa Milano.
Milano made waves earlier this week for bringing the Bible, saying there was no reference to the right to bear firearms.
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas gave her a blistering response that left conservatives cheering.

Milano refused to back down — and agreed to debate Cruz.
Hollywood liberal with a High School education against a Harvard-trained conservative lawyer and Ivy League debate champion.
It all began when Milano reacted to recent tragedies on social media.
“Can someone cite which passage of the Bible God states it is a god-given right to own a gun?” she wrote on Twitter. “This guy is unbelievable and is clearly owned by the gun lobby.”
Cruz was ready —
2/x The right to self-defense is recognized repeatedly in the Bible, eg Exodus 22:2: “If a thief is caught breaking in at night & is struck a fatal blow, the defender is not guilty of bloodshed.” (Note, though, verse 3 says it IS murder if during daylight (ie, not self-defense).

So, despite guns not existing in Biblical times, the right to self-defense (as opposed to murder) is very clearly outlined.

Trapped, Milano could either backdown — or dig in.
She chose to dig in, and suggested they debate and livestream it for all of Americans to see it.
I’d love to come in and meet with you on the gun issue and many other issues that include life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, @tedcruz and also, 1 Peter 4:8.
I’ll be in DC next week. We can live-stream the meeting so the American people can hear your bullshit 1st hand. https://t.co/S3ljfjjOtG

And Cruz replied in kind, accepting the challenge as long as she promised to remain civil.
“I’d be happy to sit down & visit next week about uniting to stop gun violence & about the Constitution,” Cruz wrote.
