New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s remaining days in office are numbered. Even Democratic leadership like President Joe Biden, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer have demanded Cuomo resign immediately.
And if this new photo released in his bombshell probe is true, he may face serious criminal charges.

A viral photo of Cuomo just moments after he allegedly groped his executive assistant is circulating on social media.
The New York Post called the photo “sickening.”
Cuomo appears in a picture hugging a woman who is unnamed as “Executive Assistant #1” according to the New York District Attorney’s investigation. According to the report, Cuomo allegedly asked his assistant to take a “selfie” picture of the two of them.
And when they posed for the pic, that’s when Cuomo allegedly struck.
The official complaint alleges that he “moved his hand to grab her butt cheek and began to rub it” for at least five seconds.

He then asked his assistant to send the photos to another woman — aide Alyssa McGrath. Based on her testimony about the alleged event, the assistant guessed that Cuomo wanted to make McGrath jealous or wanted to see her reaction, and therefore requested the photo be sent to her.

The unnamed assistant said she was left horrified.
And she didn’t believe she could share the photo fearing she may lose her job because Cuomo ordered her to keep it private.
“[T]he way he was so firm with [me] that I couldn’t show anyone else that photo,” she said. “I was just terrified that if I shared what was going on that it would somehow get around.”
She claimed she was desperately afraid of Cuomo’s top aides and what they would do if they knew what had happened.
“… If Stephanie Benton or Melissa [DeRosa] heard that, I was going to lose my job,” she said, referencing two of Cuomo’s top aides.
The alleged incident signals a code of secrecy within Cuomo’s inner circle that many have criticized amid the sexual misconduct scandal.

But the evidence is finally coming to the surface and names are being named, critics say.
Whereas in the past, liberal Democrats have found a way out of sticky situations, Cuomo is quickly losing allies — and is likely on his way out.
