For years, there has been speculation that Ivanka Trump could challenge Sen. Marco Rubio, R-F.L., in the upcoming 2022 Republican primary.

“Marco did speak with Ivanka a few weeks ago,” Rubio spokesman Nick Iacovella told The New York Times.
She officially won’t run, the spokesman said.
“Ivanka offered her support for Marco’s reelection,” he said. “They had a great talk.”
“Rubio and Trump’s father, former President Trump, had their differences during the 2016 Republican presidential primary campaign, but they were friendly after he was elected to the White House and during his four-year term,” The Hill reported. “Former President Trump and his family have moved to Florida after he lost the November election and are living in Palm Beach at his Mar-a-Lago resort.”
Would you like to see Ivanka and other Trump family members run for national office?
