Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ lawyer blames Costco for sex scandal?

The lawyer for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs suggests that something is being blown out of proportion in the sex scandal that his client is involved in.

And retail giant Costco could be to blame, according to him.

Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo spoke to TMZ about the disgraced hip-hop mogul’s arrest and federal prosecutors’ claim that Homeland Security found 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube when they raided Combs’ mansions.

“Back when I was a kid in the late ’70s, they were called threesomes,” Agnifilo said of the so-called “freak off” sex parties that the US Attorneys allege Diddy, 54, hosted.

According to the feds, Diddy would lure and coerce women to engage in sexual performances with male sex workers for him to watch and record — sometimes without their knowledge.

As for why Combs would need 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube if the rapper was having threesomes and not “freak offs,” Agnifilo told TMZ, “I don’t know where the number ‘1,000’ came from. I can’t imagine it’s thousands [of bottles of baby oil and lube], and I’m not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything.”

But apparently Diddy did buy in bulk at Costco.

Agnifilo added, “[Diddy] has a big house. He buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. I mean, have you sat in a parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with?”

“I don’t think it was a thousand. Let’s just say it was a lot.”

“I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know,” Agnifilo told The New York Post.

Combs was arraigned in a federal court in Manhattan the following day and charged with three counts of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He pleaded not guilty on all charges.
