Robert F. Kennedy is reportedly considering suing suspended New York Magazine reporter Olivia Nuzzi after she “bombarded” him with nude photos, according to recent reports.
Friends of RFK, Jr. told The New York Post that Nuzzi “bombarded him with increasingly pornographic photos and videos” and would trick the former Independent presidential candidate into unblocking her cell phone numbers.
Kennedy has been married to actress Cheryl Hines for the past ten years.
“This had nothing to do with romance,” security expert Gavin de Becker, who RFK, Jr. has hired to investigate the situation, told The Post. Kennedy “was being chased by porn.”
Nuzzi was placed on leave after she admitted to sending flirtatious and sexual texts with Kennedy, who she’d interviewed in November 2023.
According to a friend, Nuzzi’s number was blocked by Kennedy after she started sending suggestive texts.
“A few weeks later, Nuzzi emailed him, asking to be unblocked, claiming she had urgent information about a hit piece being prepared against him,” Kraus wrote on her ‘House in Habit’ Substack.
“He unblocked her for that conversation, but later that night, she sent him a provocative picture, prompting him to block her again,” she claimed.
It became a cycle, with Nuzzi allegedly “insisting” through various emails the two have “urgent discussions about an imminent hit piece.”
“Once unblocked, she bombarded him with increasingly pornographic photos and videos that he found difficult to resist. After brief exchanges, he would block her again,” Kraus claimed.
Nuzzi has denied the report and her lawyers fired back.
“It’s absolutely untrue that she was the aggressor, but both parties were aware of how high pressure and high risk the circumstances were and for that reason their communication was very on and off,” Nuzzi’s representatives reportedly told the New York Post.
RFK, Jr. was once the darling of the media, but has been increasingly attacked since breaking with the Democratic Party and endorsing former President Donald Trump’s 2024 election campaign.
