Republican senator blows up Deep State Russiagate cover-up

“On the Holmes Front” with Frank Holmes

A whistleblower and one of the most respected senators in Washington are exposing how the Deep State has targeted President Trump and his supporters, lied under oath, and covered the entire thing up—even from the president’s investigators themselves.

Whistleblowers came forward to tell Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, about a secret code in the FBI’s case management database, called Sentinel.

The secret to D.C.’s dirty little game comes down to just two words: “Prohibited Access.”

Let me explain.

Operatives in the FBI—which carried out the “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation of President Trump’s 2016 campaign for Barack Obama and kept the phony Russiagate conspiracy going through his entire first term—planted code in the files to keep all but a few eyes from seeing them.

Any file marked “Prohibited Access” would not show up when agents punched in a keyword search, even if the document exists in the FBI database.

It’s a carry-over from the former system, the “automated case file system” (ACS), which Sentinel replaced in July 2012. Back then, Prohibited Access” went by the term “Secret Hit.”

“Whoever is searching is told there is no file or reference to their query,” revealed a retired FBI Special Agent in Charge who writes under the pen name F.X. Regan. “The major feature here is that a false negative is created when there is a search that ‘hits’ on one of those files.”

The idea was to restrict certain files only to the agents who needed to see them, so they weren’t leaked to the media or foreign intelligence—but whistleblowers say tons of vital files about the “Crossfire Hurricane” frame-up were marked with that term.

You say you’ve never heard of this function? Neither had many of Trump’s appointees, who should have had full access to the system.

Margot Cleveland of The Federalist spoke to several officials from the first Trump administration—and every single one said they had no idea there was a “Prohibited Access” function that could make files appear not to exist while they were investigating the Obama administration’s illegal authorization of spying on the Trump campaign in “Crossfire Hurricane.”

“Not only had these high-level DOJ appointees never heard of the “Prohibited Access” designation, they also did not know a coding in Sentinel existed that could render the evidence invisible during keyword searches for relevant documents,” wrote Cleveland. On the other hand, agents in the FBI Washington Field Office did know about it. But for some reason, “no one from FBI Headquarters mentioned that functionality during conversations about obtaining access to relevant information related to Crossfire Hurricane and other political investigations.”

They wouldn’t have learned about it from Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who is supposed to keep the public informed about their government. He wrote 10 reports on Sentinel—but never said a word about its “Prohibited Access” file-hiding feature. Then, for some reason, he stopped writing reports. His last one came out in September 2014.

So @ChuckGrassley is pushing to get some answer re Prohibited Access, but in doing so adds some more blockbuster details from a whistleblower about another agents with his fingers in many of the get-Trump "investigations." 1/ pic.twitter.com/0BJncmfSKm

“Based on long standing FOIAs it goes well beyond the Mueller Russia probe,” said investigative reporter Catherine Herridge, formerly of Fox News. “Over a decade ago, our FOIAs about the American cleric Anwar Awlaki, an overlooked key player in 9/11 who had multiple, confirmed contacts with the FBI went nowhere.”

She hoped FBI Director Kash Patel “can dig deeper,” Herridge added.

That’s exactly what Chuck Grassley is trying to make happen.

“As I’m sure you are aware, the impact of parking records in a way that impedes, or in some cases prevents, responsive records from being produced to Congress pursuant to a valid request and during the course of court litigation, whether criminal or civil, is wide-ranging and potentially catastrophic to constitutional requirements,” wrote Sen. Grassley to Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel. “Indeed, if the FBI has failed to take steps in the past to access records in ‘Restricted’ or ‘Prohibited’ status, the FBI has not fully responded to many years of my oversight requests.”

I recently obtained a declassified FBI doc revealing FBI hs been putting some files under “Prohibited” or “Restricted” access Walling off records allows FBI 2pull the wool over the eyes of Cong+the IG+even their own employees Im investigating this VERY serious transparency matter

And, Grassley says, the FBI is listening.

“I’ve had very good cooperation from FBI Director Patel,” said Grassley. “I think we will get this secrecy ended.”

But then, Chuck Grassley has spent decades in the Senate and has a generally positive view of the government.

Unfortunately, he’s a lot more optimistic than I am about the American people’s ability to take back their own government from the permanent bureaucracy that has overthrown them.
