President Joe Biden has called his son, Hunter, “the smartest guy I know,” but those who have to live with him say the “rude” and “entitled” First Son acts more like a pirate, partying it up on other people’s dimes, destroying other people’s property, and leaving them with the bill.
Hunter Biden’s privileged status as Joe Biden’s son (and business partner) colors the way he treats everything, from foreign business leaders to the luxurious properties he rents with his ill-gotten gains.
Take the $4.2 million property he and his wife rented in Venice Beach.
Biden, who’s known to have lived a drug-fueled lifestyle, trashed the place and then stiffed the owner for tens of thousands of dollars in back rent.
Hunter and his second wife, Melissa Cohen, moved to the luxurious rental near Grand Canal in February 2021—just one month after Joe Biden moved into the White House.
Like all of “middle class Joe’s” properties, it’s a mansion.
The 3,735-square-foot beachfront property is three stories tall, with 25-foot acoustic ceilings. The Bidens’ feet walked on limestone floors, and their hands rested on all-marble countertops.
Hunter, his 37-year-old wife Melissa, and their 10-month-old son Beau, lived it up in the seat of splendor for about six months… then they got tired and moved out. The spread set Hunter and family back $25,000 a month, but they decided not to pay about $80,000 in rent, or approximately half the rent they owed during the six months they reportedly lived there.
That’s not all: They left the place filthy and broken-down.
According to sources with inside information, what Joe Biden is doing to America, Hunter and Melissa did to that property. “Hunter and Melissa were horrible tenants,” a “well-placed source” told the British newspaper, The Daily Mail. “Not only did they stiff the owner for months of rent, they left the house in terrible condition.”
“They destroyed the stereo equipment in the home , when someone came to fix it, they were uncooperative,” the source continued. “They also left the place”—which is owned by the CEO of Sweetgreen, Jonathan Newman—“dirty.”
“They were totally disrespectful of Jonathan and (his wife) Leora’s property,” the source said. “Melissa was rude and entitled.”
Conservatives said that’s exactly what they’ve come to expect from the Biden “brand,” as business partner Devon Archer called Hunter’s business model.
“Entitled Hunter Biden and his ‘influencer’ wife left their $4.2 million Venice Beach rental house in ‘disarray and disrepair,’” said talk show host Dana Loesch. Rachel Campos-Duffy of Fox News called the Bidens’ property destruction “totally unsurprising.” “Of course he did,” said another commenter on X, formerly known as Twitter. “He’s a punk that never has to face any consequences. He hasn’t changed one bit.”
“Why are people shocked?”

Of course he did. Why are people shocked? He’s a punk that never has to face any consequences, he hasn’t changed one bit, I’d bet he’s still doing drugs.

In the end, Newman decided not to take the Bidens to court for being in arrears, or destroying his home… to save the president’s family further public humiliation.
“It’s not that he needed the money, and frankly, it was embarrassing,” according to the source.
But then, Hunter Biden has had remarkable luck avoiding prosecution for crimes and misdemeanors that would land an average person in court… or jail.
He worked out a plea agreement so sweet that a judge refused to sign off on it, worrying its terms might violate the U.S. Constitution.
Despite millions of dollars in unpaid taxes and a criminal gun conviction, he would have skated with a few months’ sentence. Some of the charges would have been blotted out of his record permanently.
Not only has Hunter avoided prison time, but the media have shown almost no interest in his case… even when it implicates the president of the United States.
On the campaign trail, Joe Biden claimed to have no knowledge of his son’s business dealings and said he never spoke to Biden’s business partners.
Emails on the laptop showed Biden attending dinners with Hunter’s overseas clients, and Archer testified that Joe Biden regularly spoke to Hunter’s associates by speaker phone. Now, investigators have found that one of Hunter Biden’s business partners visited the White House 36 times… yet the media have ignored the story.
And in the end, Newman decided he didn’t even want to keep the house they had rummaged through. Newman sold the property, which he bought in 2017 for $4.85 million, at a loss. After the Bidens’ stay, he accepted $3.94 million to take the damaged property off his hands.
Maybe it’s time to evict all of the Bidens, before they do damage that can’t be repaired.
