In one of the most horrific tales to come out of the refugee crisis in Europe, an asylum seeker in Germany brutally attacked a fellow migrant in a torturous act too brutal for most to fathom.
And it was all over an unpaid debt of a minuscule 50 euros.
The barbaric episode occurred last October when 20-year-old Mustafa H. confronted 19-year-old Dawit W. in Schluchtern, Germany demanding the money he believed he deserved, according to Breitbart.
When Dawit revealed he couldn’t pay, the torture began.
Mustafa stabbed him in the neck with two knives proceeded to bite off his ears.
And it didn’t stop there.
He then cut off the victim’s eyelids, and stabbed a ballpoint pen through both of his eyes, leaving him completely blind.
The information was revealed at the commencement of Mustafa’s trial, from which the victim, who survived the merciless attack, has been kept away from.
The attacker and victim were reportedly friends for two years before the attack, and it appears the motive was never to collect the debt but rather always to murder the young migrant.
While this is an unusually brutal crime, migrant on migrant crime is nothing new.
According to Germany’s interior ministry, migrant crime rose a whopping 50 percent last year alone.
These acts of violence further support President Donald Trump’s call to limit the amount of refugees permitted across our borders, and thoroughly vet any who are granted asylum in the U.S.
