Former President Barack Obama is in serious legal peril over the 2016 election meddling by Russian agents — and Americans across both political aisles are demanding answers.
It’s so bad, even the mainstream media has just admitted there needs to be an investigation into Obama’s allegedly illegal conduct.
According to an April 25-28 poll from CNN, a stunning 69 percent of Americans want a criminal investigation opened into Obama’s Justice Department’s handling of Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
It’s not just Republicans demanding answers, either.
A full 76 percent of Democrats and 69 percent of independent voters want an inquiry opened into Obama’s actions, joining 62 percent of Republicans.
The poll also showed there’s growing resentment among the American people about the Democrats handling of the Russian situation. And voters are increasingly fed up with the so-called “witch hunt” against President Donald Trump.
Americans increasingly say that Democrats are going too far in their investigations into Trump, CNN found.
As a result, Trump’s approval rating has skyrocketed, according to CNN. The president is at 43 percent approval, up from 37 percent in January — a massive 6 point jump.
“What’s important to keep in mind about this poll is that it is a random sample of adults (with a sampling error of plus or minus 3.8 percentage points) is a polling method that almost always skews against Republicans, which is why a left-wing outlet like CNN would utilize it,” Breitbart noted when reporting on the poll results.
In other words, Trump’s approval rating among actual voters is likely much higher than CNN reported.
Now that special counsel Robert Mueller’s report is out, FAR more Americans want an investigation into Obama’s Department of Justice than they want investigations into Trump.
Attorney General William Barr recently implied that the Obama administration was “spying” on the Trump campaign in 2016, and has suggested there will be an investigation.
The White House isn’t sitting idle. Responding to the recent trends, Trump’s team released the following video that shows Obama didn’t do enough to stop Russian meddling.
Voters may soon get the Russian investigation they’re demanding — and that’s very bad legal news for Obama and his team.
