Already there has been hardly a peep from the Fake News media, veterans are again being put on long wait lists to get healthcare—but Joe Biden has put them in line behind illegal immigrants.
The Veterans Administration has hundreds of thousands of vets waiting more than four months for treatment—and a million unprocessed claims—but Biden has tasked VA employees with processing illegal aliens’ health claims.
With the border overrun by an ever-increasing tide of illegal crossings—which reached their highest level in U.S. history last month—Biden has asked the VA to process healthcare payments for illegal aliens.
After the Obama-Biden administration quietly denied veterans’ healthcare, lied about VA wait times, and shifted vets from one huge waiting list to another, President Donald Trump stepped up to see vets got the healthcare they needed.
During the Trump administration, the number of vets who had to wait four months fell to less than 100,000 and opened up more resources in the private sector.
Then Joe Biden came back to office—and millions of illegals came with him. Now the VA is processing their claims.
The VA has 406,864 veterans who have waited at least 125 days to receive medical care, and it has 1,027,810 pending claims gumming up the system.
Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., revealed the stats on the John Solomon Reports podcast.
“The VA was using some of their money,” $94 million in all, “to secure claims and processing for illegal immigrants. And also they were using VA funds to pay for illegal immigrants’ healthcare,” Sen. Blackburn told Fox News host Harris Faulkner.
“When you have veterans that are being pushed to the back of the queue, and they cannot get healthcare and benefits—and you are prioritizing those that are illegally entering the country—that is wrong. It needs to stop immediately,” she said.

All this assumes the Biden administration is telling the truth about wait times—which whistleblowers have revealed it is not.
An inspector general’s audit of the VA released in 2022 showed the Biden administration is again using false and misleading statistics that underreport how long vets wait to see a doctor.
“It has been challenging for [the Veterans Health Administration] to consistently implement a suitable methodology that transparently and accurately reflects the amount of time patients wait for an appointment,” the report says.
It’s especially challening when the VA is doing other things, like taking care of illegal aliens.
“The inconsistent use of start dates for calculating wait times can be misleading and may result in inaccurate reporting,” the IG report said.
Biden is trying his best not to reveal any of these statistics. The Americans for Prosperity Foundation filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in 2021 to document how long it really takes for vets to get the help they have earned, but AFPF said the administration has been “slow walking the release of records, instead disclosing hundreds of pages of duplicates.”
Last month, 24 House Republicans requested the same records…but Biden has stayed mum.
What’s worse, the Biden administration admits it’s using veterans’ resources to care for illegals—but gaslights Americans that it doesn’t matter.
The VA’s Financial Service Center has 10 employees dedicated to processing payments for ICE healthcare, VA press secretary Terrence Hayes confirmed to JustTheNews.com.
Hayes said the whole thing has been paid for by ICE since 2002, and the program “has no impact to veteran care or services whatsoever.”
But why should the health agency that cares for the soldiers who defended this country have anything to do with serving illegal aliens who invaded it?
To make matters worse, this is happening as the Biden administration is closing clinics in small towns and rural areas—another attempt by the Left to squeeze rural areas and force its conservatives to flee to Democrat-dominated urban areas.
Republican congressional candidate Joe Kent of Washington state pointed out that “Biden closed rural VA clinics, like ours in Chehalis & is actively working against veterans being able to chose their own healthcare outside the broken VA system.”

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, said the Lone Star State has the same problem. “Dismantling the Bonham VAMC would force rural veterans to travel over 80 miles to the Dallas VAMC for specialty care,” he wrote.
Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont.,said, “Montana has the second highest number of veterans per capita in the country and every day I hear stories about the deteriorating access to quality care provided by the VA.”
“In stark contrast, illegal immigrants in ICE facilities appear to face low barriers to accessing specialty or emergency health care,” he said. “This disparity is unacceptable and dishonors Montana’s veterans.”
At the risk of disagreeing with Steve Daines, he’s wrong: The Democrats’ desire to serve illegal aliens at the expense of the fighting men and women who fought, bled, and bore the lifelong scars of America’s wars does not dishonor Montana’s veterans. It only dishonors Joe Biden, the Obamas, the Democratic Party, and the hate-America Left.
