Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., has gotten so delusional that she isn’t even picking fights with Republicans anymore.
She’s taken to fighting with regular voters after being caught in a lie by savvy social media users on Wednesday.
Ocasio-Cortez, aka AOC, tried to say lies and hysteria about the latest Alabama abortion bill — and her followers weren’t having it.
“Alabama lawmakers are making all abortions a felony punishable w jail time, including women victimized by rape+incest,” Ocasio-Cortez claimed… wrongly.
“Of course, no added punishments for rapists. It’s going to [Governor Kay Ivey’s] desk. She will decide the future of women’s rights in Alabama.”

This much is true: The bill makes abortion a felony, punishable to the highest extent a state has ever allowed.
99 years or life, with the only exception being granted that the mother in question would face a health risk when delivering the baby. But there’s no exceptions for incest or rape, part of a clever attempt by Republican lawmakers to get the bill to the Supreme Court with a conservative majority.
But Ocasio-Cortez was lying about the details — and when users correcedt her, she flew into a rage.
The truth ois that the Alabama abortion bill says nothing about jailing women. Ocasio-Cortez was distorting the facts, other social media users pointed out.
Liz Wheeler, an anchor on conservative platform One America News, led the response.
This is a lie. Under no circumstances would women be jailed for abortions. The abortionist would be penalized.

Ocasio-Cortez blew her stack — and claimed she was only leaving out details because Twitter restricts posts to 280 words at a time.
Wheeler responded again —
280 characters is plenty of room to tell truth. It’d never be a felony for women. Period.
It’s despicable to use victims of child rape as justification for 1M abortions every year… because you Dems aren’t seeking exemption for rape/incest, you want all abortion legal always.

More and more, American voters are waking up and finding out they’ve been caught in her web of lies.
It’s time for America to demand better — and vote Ocasio-Cortez out of office.
