House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi is always willing to say anything to score a few cheap political points, critics say — and her latest invocation of the Christian faith is further proof she’s a hypocrite.
Pelosi reached out to her liberal base at a rally held Sunday in Los Angeles and used the opportunity to politicize faith, saying it was God’s will that welfare be expanded.

“I didn’t know this until recently, that when the Gospel of Matthew, ‘what you have done for the least of my brethren, you did for me,’ was something that Christ said in Holy Week, Tuesday of Holy Week,” Pelosi told supporters at the “End Childhood Poverty” rally. “So as we go into Holy Week, as we’re people of faith, people of morals, of morality, let us understand what that challenge is on this Palm Sunday to do the Lord’s work.”
Do the Lord’s work, huh?
Perhaps she needs to look in the mirror.

Pelosi, who claims to be Catholic, didn’t bother to mention her pro-abortion stance that is responsible for the death of millions of babies every year.
If she really wanted to help poor kids, of course, she could help stop their slaughter.
But that doesn’t suit Pelosi’s political agenda, so when the inconvenient parts of Christianity (“Thou shalt not kill,” for example) are brought up, she’s not interested in hearing about it.
It’s a shameful politicizing of religion and — when combined with Pelosi’s willful omission of her anti-life stance — her speech was a direct insult to every member of the Christian faith in the United States.
This isn’t the first time Pelosi has been caught in a scandal surrounding Christianity, of course.

Pelosi’s anti-life stance is so radical, the Vatican Chief Justice recommended in 2013 she no longer receive communion from the Catholic church. Beyond excommunication, that’s the harshest punishment possible in the Catholic church.
And Pelosi was slammed by critics after she accused President Donald Trump and conservatives of “exploiting” religion in a January interview on MSNBC.
Conservatives “pray in church on Sunday and prey on people the rest of the week,” Pelosi said.
Disgusting.

Could you imagine the outrage if a conservative politician said something similar about Islam and liberals?
There would be riots in the street!
But for liberal Democrats, it’s just a part of their agenda.
It’s no wonder they keep losing at the voting booth.
